I used to buy my coffee there when I was at the library, but after I asked for a napkin so I could dry the tears of a crying child and got "...they are for paying customers...", not anymore.
Until they fix their customer service, walk to the Tim Horton's for your coffee.  They give those ultra-valuable paper napkins to anyone.

I like to stop by here for a latte and a snack when I'm too early for the bus. The lattes are always nice, and the snacks are yummy. I find the staff friendly enough for quick interactions.

Their coffee is Bland, burning, and overpriced. Not to mention the rude staff. I am just going to walk to Tim Hortons from the library now on cause they have better customer service.
