Food quality is good. The prices are too high however and very high calorie count.

Staff are always on their phones. I got the new coconut smoothie...clearly made wrong disgusting.
I miss the staff they used to have.

Decent coffee but rude staff. One had a friend just sitting beside the bar so they were focused on him instead of customers.

Worst customer service ever!! I buy 2 coffees a day. One in the morning and one after. I drive a bit more to have a coffee at second cup. This morning I asked the lady for an extra cup because I bought a large coffee so I can share the coffee with a buddy of mine. She rudely replied " WE WILL HAVE TO CHARGE FOR THAT" in a rude tone. The amount of money I spend here you will charge me for one cup that I need just this one time??
