Great campsite! Staff friendly and visible. Quiet hours were respected, very clean bathrooms and showers - plenty of hot water. Water sports - kayak rental, swimming, fishing. Would definitely stay there again. Good biking and hiking near camp.

Pros: reasonably priced Clean bathrooms Friendly staff Cons: website difficult to navigate from phone Office not open as late as informed Hot water runs out quickly All in all a nice place to stay. Be prepared for the sound of traffic as it's right off the main road. We didn't have an issue with the noise. Very pet friendly, saw lots of dogs. Plan on staying again.

Nice state campground, some sites are small. A few Pull throughs, but it's on 2 big lakes and has boat launch also added kayak launch that is handicap accecable. Can be crowded during summer but close to shopping or nature depending on interests. Fall is a wonderful time to be here.

Great place to camp, just about everything you could ever need is near by. Only issue was never being told the lots dont have water hookup to fill tank.

This state park came highly recommended by my In-laws. The hiking trails were well kept and the fishing was much better than expected. The staff was very pleasant and increased the whole experience.
