Great fried chicken served fresh to each order. There is a simple taste, not overloaded with spices and flavor, just good clean fried chicken .Food: 5/5

Best fried chicken joint in the area. Less greasy than Popeyes. The menu is simple. Friendly service and my takeout was ready in 10mins. There is spicy and non spicy.  Get the spicy! It isn’t actually spicy, it was more crispier!  I highly recommend this place. I got their leg and thigh special 6 pieces for $17.99  $3 per piece not too shabby as inflation goes.   Definitely will be going back when I get a craving again.

Very unfriendly service, though prompt as the place was empty.  Not cheap, and moderately unkempt with a cheap fast food decor.  Food was good with good portions chicken burger, fries, mozzarella sticks, gravy, but the fixins in the chicken burger were weak a piece of lettuce and a Kraft single for cheese, and the fries are unsalted.  Overall, a less than pleasant experience, but the food nearly makes up for it.

Been coming here for a few years now and love John’s chicken I think before it was Lee’s chicken. Staff is always polite and to the point, and the food comes out fast and fresh. This is some of my favourite fried chicken because of the flavour on the crunch/skin, especially the spicy version!

Awesome chicken burger. Best around. Just go and try it, worth a drive. People who post negative reviews about this restaurant are probably just difficult to please in general. Look at ALL the reviews and you will see. I've eaten here at least a dozen times and every time been great. I don't go for the decor.....

Johns chicken is number 1. So good. I like johns chicken more than big fast food chains. Spicy dark meat thighs is a party in your mouth! Give it a whirl or a twirl and see how you like it for yourself!Food: 5/5

It was our first time and in all honesty, the chicken tastes great. It's a simple place selling fried chicken. The cashier was very friendly and accomodating. It may not look as inviting as other places but we wanted to give it a try. We weren't disappointed. Will definitely come back.

While waiting in line to order I was listening to a young male clerk intact with a senior man, after paying for his order the senior asked to use washroom. The clerk walked away and then came back with a key on a stick holding it out to the senior. The senior asked again to use washroom, the clerk extended the key not saying anything. Finally the senior realized it was the key to washroom. It was my turn to order, I asked if I could get both flavours on the large order of chicken wings. The clerk said, “nope”. No sorry or any gesture of kindness. He was rude in demeanour. I started to walk out because I thought they didn’t deserve my patronage. I turned to the clerk on my way out and said, you don’t need to respond so rudely. He didn’t even acknowledge me, just walked into the back room. He definitely is lacking in customer service. Will never go back.

I ordered the 10 pc thighs and leg for around 29$ It was worth it in my opinion this place makes chicken better than other big companies like KFC, Popeyes etc. I received my order really quick, fresh fried, juicy chicken! Thighs were a bit salty for my taste buds but way better than other ones I had. I would order from here now on 10/10

Tried it for first time and great experience. Chicken was so fresh and fries were amazing. Price was reasonable. Nice service. Would recommend.
