Story

Carly understands that every body is different, therefore every treatment needs to be targeted to each clients specific needs.She believes that massage therapy enhances the restoration of normal body function and helps to create a natural harmony throughout the body. Her focal area is rehabilitation work, specializing in a deep tissue approach.

She has experience in both pre and post natal. She incorporates passive stretching, myofascial work and joint mobilizations to encompass all aspects of the body. Carly also has additional training in Indian Head Massage and Reflexology.

Nice place. Excellent massage and accupuncture treatment. Getting a treatment having to wear a mask not as bad as I thought since I always get stuffed up when I get a massage. Carly is no nonsense. Excellent service. Looking forward to more visits.
Carly is a great RMT, and adjusts the treatment for each patient’s needs. Keep in mind that the entrance is not from Roncesvales, but from the alley.
Carly is incredible! She’s very professional, addresses problem areas, is always learning new techniques and is an awesome person. The space is beautiful, being able to book online is super handy, and she’s squeezed me in last minute a few times. Highly recommend!

Carly is great. Good consistent pressure and helpful with pointers to help with preventing reinjury. Additionally, she is always adding to her skill set by studying new techniques and practices.
Location is soothing and relaxing. The music played during the massage is great. Carly has an excellent touch. I would highly recommend her for you next massage. She will listen to you and help work out your problem areas. Reasonably priced too !
