Best gym I’ve ever visited!!!! The staff were very welcoming and the equipment exceeded my expectations immediately compared to other gyms I have visited. There was also a vast selection of supplements available from protein, pre work outs and BCAAs, I highly recommend this gym if local or just in the area on the off chance like I was.

In all my years alive on the planet, I have never been in a gym of this caliber. Its the best gym I have ever been in, or visited. It has absolutely everything you can imagine, from traditional, 'old school' whieght training, in the room at the back, a strength and conditioning room in the middle , and the highest quality equipment from the moment you walk through the door! There is great parking, music, and the most important thing, the warmest, friendliest, and most helpful staff you could ever wish for! It does not matter what age or fitness. The staff and members are so kind, encouraging, supportive and non judgemental , for where ever you are, in your fitness journey. There is always a member of staff with exeptional qualifications on health , nutrition and fitness, always easy to find, and the P.T. prices are really reasonable and great value for money. There are lots of different P.T.s to choose from, to suit whats best for you, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. I fell in love with the nutrition shakes and recovery shakes, they sell in- situ at thier amazing bar, and there is a membership pricelist, with several options, to suit everyone! The shower & locker room was exceptional. Its all ground floor with great accessibility for anyone with physical disabilities or injuries. Its the first time in my life I found a gym I look forward to using every day! Who would of thought all of this was tucked away in Newhaven. 5 stars? More like 10! 1 in a million! When you first walk in this place you'll understand. From the friendliness of the staff to the huge variety of equipment this gym has. You'll never have to wait to get on any machine. You cannot count how many different types of equipment this place has. Some very unique pieces I've never seen anywhere else. Best gym in Sussex.

I have been a member of approximately 16 gyms over the last 25 years and this is the best if the lot. Privately owned and the owner is on hand most of the time. No equipment stays broken very long and there is an ENORMOUS range of equipment. Richard owner is passionate about his product and he makes all his clients feel welcome and valued.

Absolutely love this gym!! Excellent equipment and Lovely friendly environment : awesome music and always a friendly face to support you in your workout if you need a spot - also lots of girls here - not to be worried girls not intimidating at all like a lot of gyms!!

I had my first session with a personal trainer at this gym today. Must say I was mighty impressed. Just about every bit of fitness equipment know to man. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and polite fellow gym users. Never once made to feel out of place, and the ladies changing area was lovely. I highly recommend anyone looking for a gym should pop in and have a chat about your fitness goals and with your first session being free what have you got to loose?
