We visited this place around 1 pm. All tables were occupied. We were seated in 2 minutes. Servers were friendly and engaging. They really look after their diners to make sure that they get good dining experience around them. We ordered Double double burger with Cole slaw and fries , and Beef dip with ceasar salad. Nothing extraordinary about the food. We tipped because of the staff friendliness.

My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch on a sunny Sunday holiday weekend.  The restaurant was quite busy but the front end staff welcomed and seated people politely and promptly.  Our server was Brittany along with Emily trainee.  Service was superb.  Friendly and quick.  I had the Bacon Cheddar Burger $19.99, see photo.  This was one of the best burger experiences I have had at this White Spot.  Burger was cooked perfectly, fresh bun, bacon, cheese, lettuce and tomato.  Plenty of fries and coleslaw.  An excellent and delicious lunch.

I hadn’t been to a White Spot in a very long time. The food was decent. The staff was friendly. I had the legendary burger. Loved the fries.

Think we need to have some lessons on cleanliness. Not only did our table have food chunks stuck to it we ended up cleaning our own table because the bus boy was a dear and thought one swipe would fix the issue. When they gave us our menus they where so wet they actually had water dripping off them. My personal favorite was how the bench seats aren't fixed to the base so when you sit down they slide out or flip forward. On the plus side the food was edible.

White spot used to be my favourite restaurant. Unfortunately, after my latest experience at this location that changed. We were served burgers in which the bread bun was actually wet, not just soggy but wet. I've attached pictures as I was shocked it was served this way. Because of this we had to order another burger which took an additional 30 minutes. I understand that it was somewhat busy however we had already waited 40 minutes to receive our food initially. Aside from the food, the restaurant itself was not very clean. The glasses too were not very clean. I felt very uncomfortable at this location and definitely will not be returning. The staff were not being very helpful either, they did not check in on us, refill waters, etc. We ended up just paying cash because we couldn't get a hold of our server. We also spoke to the manager who didn't seem too bothered about any of this - which was even more concerning. Overall, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

In contrast to other reviews, I must say that my experience was really nice. I totally understand that staff might be busy at some point. Especially in not favourable freaking warm weather. I ordered Chicken Caesar Wrap and was sooo excited about that. The salad which comes with it was absolutely faultless! I am looking forward to taste something different there! The spaghetti: The first bite was like nothing. The sauce tasted quite light. Only the bread was decent with the sauce. But that small portion for $18.99? LOL  The burger: U can tell the fries only a little. It's a big difference from when I came to white spot around 1 year ago. Dissatisfied. The burger they served seems/tasted like precooked. It was cold and dry meat. At least, they recooked a new one for us.  Anyway, good services. And recommend patio and drive-in at this place.

Honestly the worst experience here, my wife took the family here for a birthday lunch and grabbed me a chicken Caesar salad to go, when she brought it to me it was missing the dressing, upon further investigation the chicken was still still pink and had blood all over it. blood got all over the salad that was missing the dressing. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

The racket on the patio was atrocious. Horrible Stingray channel selection, and it was too loud with a bad quality connection. Not clear and enjoyable at all.  The food was good though, so phew for that.  Our server was lovely as well.

Have ordered through Skip a few times. Every time, there is something wrong. The last two times, we ordered zoo sticks with zoo dip but both times some of the the zoo dip was aweful! It was very very spicy/hot and so salty. Thankfully some of it was fine, but someone messed up some of the dip and it was a very very unpleasant surprise for the kids!
