We've been to this restaurant before but never for breakfast. The day we visited contrary to my everyday routine didn't have breakfast. I ordered from brunch menu which had eggs, chicken, hash brown, toast and jam. My wife ordered Nat's beef dip. My plate was delicious and too much to be able to finish it by myself. My wife's food was ok but nothing to brag about. The service was good, the lady serving us was fast and attentive.
My food had some kinda after taste, but other sandwich was good. They forgot our appetizer and not delivered. Our order was kinda mess but in general I liked them. It's White Spot and I like to support them. Lots of free parking and windows all around restaurant.
Update: Came for happy hour today. Got the Coconut Prawn and Humboldt Squid which were both delicious!! Twisted Bellini was good too! Great service Old post: Very comfortable ambience and the staff are wonderfully friendly. I got the Double Double, it was a solid tasting burger, there was no wow factor for the price of $18.99 There was also so much sauce the burger started falling apart on my hands. I'll definitely be back but not for the Double Double..
Always enjoy our meals at this iconic BC restaurant. The menu consists of burgers, pasta dishes, seafood and steaks, salads .. something for all tastes.. the car hop service is available here too..Bon AppétitFood: 5/5
I love the White Spot at any location. The Port Coquitlam restaurant I went to had a drive-in plus regular seating. I used the drive-in. Food was terrific and the drive-in offers a unique experience. I recommend it .
I always loved White Spot growing up. Dad used to take us on occasion as kids, and then again, as adults, I took my own child from time to time. Been years, though, as I thought they had all been shuttered. Apparently, I was misinformed. There is at least 1 left in Coquitlam. Same tasty food as I remember, our server was quick, cute, and courteous. Albeit a little loud, it was the peak of lunch service and a group of 45 little hockey players were in the room. Still though, a good quick meal, reasonably priced. White Spot.
I've been to all the different locations around Coquitlam/Maple Ridge and this one is my new favorite. I walked in, got seated immediately and the food is about what you'd expect from a White Spot. It's not Joe Fortes, but it's great for what it is. The service was exceptional to say the least. The lady I had was on the ball with everything. Drink was empty for all of 30 seconds before I was asked if I wanted another and less than a minute after I put my card on the table she was there with the machine. Very charming, well done.
The food is a little pricey but service is always good. I stick to my old time favourites been eating at White Spot since I was a kid eating Pirate Packs. The food is always good service is usually above most friendly and helpful. Very busy location so ad 15 minutes to your schedule at dinner time. Well worth the wait good family spot for family dinners or birthdays you won't be disappointed
White spot is an absolute classic. We always opt for the drive up option, feels so nostalgic and fun to do that! They have great service, you can even get all you can eat fries from your car
We visited this location last weekend after dining at numerous other locations through the years and I have to say the service at this location was especially phenomenal! Although it was quite busy our server Bella was very attentive and well mannered. She was very personable and made our dining experience A+. If we dine here again I would definitely ask to sit in her section!
