Came high, left happy : Me and my friend both came to Denny’s for the first time and even though we came almost right before the kitchen closed, the staff were all super gentle and nice for our first time. Liza gave cool mom vibes and the manager don’t remember the name, sorry spent like 10 minutes out of his day to chat with us about random stuff and make sure we’re having a good time. Definitely will be coming back lol
The breakfast menu is the best, and their pancakes are so good , now they have a new flavor that you should try it! Banana caramel, good prices, I only recommend go early because is always very busy.Food: 5/5
Denny’s Coquitlam at Austin. I ordered a fish & chips and they gave me a smelly fish. I explained that I ordered a fish & chips. And they gave me a smelly fish. In the photo it shows fried fish & chips, like a typical fish & chips. When I explained to the manager that I got the wrong order that the fish I got is the smelly grilled fish. That I don’t eat this type of fish. The manager pointed out to me that I ordered the wrong item. In other words, the customer service is horrible. I never encounter a restaurant like this. Therefore, I will not ever go back again in this restaurant. Worst customer service. Definitely I will not recommend this restaurant. If you see the photo, this is far away from fish and chips. A good customer service would be: Sorry that we did not understand each other. How can we correct and satisfy what you pay. Instead, the manager blamed me that I ordered the wrong item. I regret what I pay and clearly the manager is not helpful at all.
My server Donna was excellent. She was hospitable and friendly along with Vinod who took my order right away and then brought my water and orange juice that I ordered with my breakfast meal. I had the Grand Slam which was delicious and plentiful. They also took the time to see how I was doing and personable. Vinod even told me that he had 2 daughters born on the same date 5 years apart. I would recommend you get served by Donna and Vinod. Thank you for making me feel welcome on my visit.
A 4 star is awarded,why ? Came in to take advantage of the dennys bennys bogo free. We were greeted and seated right away. I was really disappointed to learn that the prime rib benny's was sold out! The server did not try to make a better experience for us after the fact I mentioned that we were here for the promo. The restaurant management should had overseen this because nowadays due to inflation and promo ads, customers do really come for this. Another encounter from a server was dont make a comment like "whatever" because you sounded rude and unprofessional. On the positive side, food quality had no issue ! An opportunity to increase customer service to drive more enthusiastic customers. Thank you for your service.
Service was nice, food tasted okay, wait was long. Maybe due to being understaffed, the hash brown wasn’t their usual golden brown and crispy. Bacon was also less crispy compared to usual.
Before this time i had a vey bad experience, because they made me wait for 1 hour and at the end I left. BUT, this time was better. I enjoyed the food and our server MIJANUR was vey attentive and nice, he didn't talk to much which I liked. I didn't even need to request for refill because he already gave me before I asked. This time the food was better and faster than my previous visit.
The attention is perfect!! Food and drinks are great and I love that they are open 24 hrs.
One of the best Denny’s location in town. They have the best servers. Professional, polite and caring. Brunch was excellent. We ordered crepe, spicy skillet and loaded bacon tots. Highly recommended.
Loved this place! The brunch tasted great and was budget friendly too. Our hostRick was nice and friendly. Overall a good experience!
