White Castle

Food was fresh and all, but wanted to bring attention to their system for online/mobile orders. I put one in for pickup at a certain time, went in the store, and asked about my mobile order. They needed to go through and add the order manually saying they don't ever see these. Another woman came in after me with an online order and had to do the same thing. Long story short - don't bother ordering ahead online because they won't see it.

They say white castle is a fast food chain but this store is anything but FAST. This has got to be the most unorganized store. The first time we ordered online, got there 15mins as suggested but the food wasn't ready and found out the order was lost. We waited another 20mins for our order. A few weeks later, we thought we'd give it a second chance but order in person. This time we waited 15mins just to order and 50 mins overall to get just a crave case. Both times the store was not busy. Management needs to change. This will be our last time here.

They did some foul stuff to my food and I called them and of course they started talking trash like children. Ohh and talking tuff lol don’t go there!!! Your warned. I worked at McDonald’s when I was younger. And I would have never did or let anyone else do what they are doing at that store. I’m only 40 but times have changed. Have some pride in your work.

I ordered a 30 pack with no onions, extra pickles, three double cheeseburgers, and a few other things they didn’t get it right I had a lot of onions one pickle on each burger ! I call Dan the manager that was working Friday March 10th tonight at 7 pm he was absolutely clueless!! and I’m not sure if he has giving me his real name ! because he pauses when I asked him his name like he didn’t want to say his name!! i’m the owner of a company if I had a manager like that working for me that was so clueless about his job, He would have to get retrained!! My order was all wrong!!

Clean, team is awesomely quick, and friendly. My order was a bit on the bigger side with a ton of drivers in the drive thru line, but they handled the busyness real well.Food: 4/5

How at 8:00 pm does white castle not have burgers. The guy who is taking orders says it will be a min cuz we have no burgers. When asked how long, he says don't know I don't work on grill. Like he's 10 miles away from it. Just ask if you don't know. I don't get it.

Takes quite a while to get the food, don't recommend it if you're in a rush. Staff is nice and tries their best with the limited people.Food: 5/5

They were very kind but that place need a major cleaning.. the women bathroom has no paper towels, dry urine on the toilets and bolt lock on the main entrance of the bathroom in the inside.. like who would put that there

They are sloooow! Just to get 4 sliders using the drive thru with only 2 people ahead of me 35 minutes... that's right over a half hour! And they forgot to add extra pickles as I requested.Food: 4/5

White Castles are pretty hit and miss IMO.. likely quite dependent on time of day among many other factors.. This morning the service/drive thru was fast, employees were friendly and helpful, the food hot and delicious! These are the experiences that keep me coming back.
