Stopped in here while we were in the area. The packing lot was pretty full, but when we got inside, we were able to pretty quick. We sat outside since it was a very nice day. The food came out quick and fresh. Everything tasted like Culvers and did not have any issues. Definitely seems like a great Culver's to visit if you're craving some burgers and fries. Kid-friendliness: Plenty of choices for kids, plus ice cream!
The best Culver's I've been to. I have to say, they have the nicest, friendliest staff here!! The service is super speedy, and of course the burgers and custard are always delicious!
Definitely my top fast food burger chain! Consistently put a great sear on their burgers. Tastes far better than the competition. Food is always cooked to order and served hot. Would be a five star if the could improve their french fries. Nice crispy onion rings are a great alternative with their new cheese sauce for dipping. A large order is easily twice the size of the competition! The staff here is ALWAYS cheerful and friendly. If your order gets messed up they will go out of their way to make it up to you. You guys rock!
Not sure if this a franchised location or what the deal is. But someone needs to be aware of the fact that they are not serving customers in a very timely fashion. Stopped in to get my son a cheeseburger and fries with a drink. I watched the burger come up, then sit there for about 3-5 minutes, there were fries cooked already too, Just sitting there under the warming lights. I watched them serve all the fries, then more came up and got served. Then I watched more come up and then saw them grab the cheeseburger and new fries. WHAT THE?!?! That's absolutely heinous. Culvers' prides themself on their food and deliciousness. Says so everywhere there. I told them as much when they handed us the bag with the food. I had them re-make a burger the burger for my son and the Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager just got a bit of an attitude. Well then he wanted to argue with me until he realized the customer is always right. I would also like to know why employees are not being required to removed facial jewelry and wear long sleeves to cover up their tattoos, especially when they are handling food. Pretty sure that there are regulations in regards to that.
Drove over to pick up 2 fish sandwiches and a side order of large cheese curds. My wife was not feeling well and was looking forward to cheese curds. When I returned with the food my wife asked where the cheese curds were! Yep they forgot to put the cheese curds in the bag. So we finished eating the sandwiches and I went back to Culver’s and told them what happened. The manager didn’t seem to be too concerned about it and offered to give me cash back for the missing curds. No apology, just “we’ll I’ll give you cash for the curds”. I asked him he could give me something for our inconvenience but his reply was the same as before. We have been going to this Culver’s and have always gotten good service, but I feel as if we were just brushed off with cash back response.
The owner Kevin and followed by his employees showed my friend and I are the best customer service we've ever experienced in our entire lives!!!! There was a a little mishap with our order and by accident one of our maltz spilt on the front passenger floor when the lady came back to replace the shake that was messed up Kevin the owner came out an expressed how sorry he was he gave us two free meal tickets that do not expire and paid for shampooing of in my friends vehicle and replaced my shake that had spilled he was kind friendly and went above and beyond the best customer service we've ever experienced Sincerely, Nicole an Crystal

I've been here twice. Both trips disappointing. This time I was given one total when ordering, a different at the window, and change that didn't match either amount. She looked dumb-founded when I asked why. They're just not very competent here.Food: 3/5
Fantastic people running a good restaurant n good food. they do make mistakes I occasionally get a burger undercooked but most of the time their burgers are overcooked so I tell them to not cook well done and they put down TLC so it doesn't get burnt and and I am usually very happy with it. I order extra crispy fries Sometimes they come out and they're fries look under cooked n white and I just don't like white fries Great service great food tonight the only thing is way too salty french fries tonight I mentioned it to a manager I hopefully that's just a one-off thing
Usually I enjoy Culver’s however, this time I was disappointed in the drive through. Our chicken strips were very small and instead of my “favor of the day” they gave me just chocolate. When I pointed it out to the kid bringing our food, he questioned me as to whether I’d eaten some already. Then he wanted to see my receipt. Keep in mind I’m still in the drive through line!. He then took it and instead of the right one, came back with the same dish but they through on the missing ingredients as a topping to make it the favor of the day. Oh well. I know it’s not a big deal but good service goes a long way and I wasn’t feeling the love this time around.
