Burgers are quite big, flavorful, and have a great sear on them. Two slices of cheese on the cheeseburgers but, the bacon is in small pieces under the burger. I like to see my bacon without searching to see if it was forgotten. Slight mix up on our order when my companion got green peppers on hers instead of pickles. Fries are delicious and you get a hell of a lot! Really like the smaller, crunchy pieces in there. Only problem with that amount is they toss a bunch extra in the bag. The grease does soak through eventually. Still was a very enjoyable meal!
Five Guy's have the best burgers and fries! Come with a healthy appetite and a little extra money because it's a little pricey but it's worth it Staff was happy and upbeat. Food came out great! I'll post some photos for prices. Restrooms were clean and lobby was also!
Usually a bit of a wait and very expensive, but soooo good! I love that my burger is always cooked really well. The fries were really good this time. They forgot the BBQ sauce on my burger, but it's my fault I'm too shy to ask for it again lolFood: 4/5
I ordered 2 cheeseburgers online, I paid for an extra patty wanted 3 on one of them and when I got home it only has 2. Some toppings were missing also. Confirmed on Order # 14588176734879748 ticket #21 placed on 05 Dec. 2022 @ 5:53 PM, that I placed it correctly online. Called to talk with the manager and no one would pick up over the phone. So I left a message and still haven’t heard from them. I’m not sure if they were too busy, but I shouldn’t have to rip the sandwich apart at the counter to double check if they can count 3 patties. See my picture, clearly 2 patties and I paid an extra 2.40 for nothing. Still waiting on a refund.
And five guys. The burgers are kind of what they've been known for, but I personally enjoy their chili, bacon, hot dog, and some Cajun fries. That combination, plus whatever soda or shake that you make with it are always a winner and they're actually one of the faster things to have made. But don't get me wrong. Their burgers are absolutely excellent. The inclusion of online ordering of being able to order it up when I'm out is definitely a good addition to their business model.
Haven't been here in a while, need to come back more often.... Fries are my favorite as you can see, i ate them before thinking of pictures!
Have you ever been to 5 Guys and not gotten exactly what you thought you'd get?? Friendly, easy to work with service. Great cooked to order food. No problem fulfilling off menu orders. Just old fashioned good.
Went for a Saturday lunch with a few friends. I decided to try the secret menu "grilled cheese burger" which they were happy to whip up for me! Its a fast food joint so my expectations were low bit they were exceeded with the accommodations!Food: 5/5
Great burgers! It's fun watching them cook every thing right in front of you. It took awhile to get someone's attention so I could pick up my order; other than that, I'm definitely recommending it! Food: 5/5
Great fries, fresh burgers, the gentleman who helped us was awesome. I'd give 5 stars but ugh over $40 for 2 people/2 burgers,fries, & drinks is quite excessive.Food: 5/5
