Had to wait forever for the girl to take my order because the other girl was too busy leaning against the wall on her phone texting ? Not sure why she’s getting paid to stand there and text while the other girl does all the work not to mention I didn’t see them wash their hands before serving me, or after sneezing. Doesn’t seem like there was anyone to supervise these young girls to make sure they were doing stuff right and not trying to get people sick.
Grilled chicken & cheddar is so yummy! Extra hot peppers Logan was super friendly and helpful. He was also busy the whole time we were here cleaning the dining room and helping customers. I really appreciate employees who go the extra mile and with a smile. Logan!
Was just there this evening. Online order. They don't do these till they have handled everyone else. At dinner time, store had a number of customers. When inquiring if they are about done with order, the young girl snapped at me saying "We are wrapping it now". I was in retail for 48 years, this is poor service!
Potbelly is a good option for fast food. They use fresher ingredients than most places serving quick bites. We have enjoyed the mushroom melt and flatbread chicken sandwiches. I also like the soups... love that they’ve added a soup and sandwich deal right now. If you want it even quicker, they have a call ahead option or an app as well.
A bit on the expensive side. However, the sandwiches are excellent. They use the good pickles if you’re a pickle connoisseur like myself and their sandwich bread is great. It all tastes fresh and delicious.
Potbelly is our go to sandwich spot. We usually get Potbelly when we're in the cities because there are no locations in northern MN. The food is always good and fresh - never have a complaint with Potbelly.
Stopped in for Lunch on Veterans Day with my wife and Mother-in-law - checking out I asked the Cashier Jerry if they have a discount for Veterans Day- he said yep and proceeded to pull out his own personal credit card to pay for our lunch!! As a veteran this has to be the biggest kindest gesture I have personally received! Pot Belly - hang on to this guy as he is the worlds BEST! Thank Jerry your are an awesome man!
Didn't know much about Pot Belly until a couple years ago and the old school great service and top notch ingredients makes it my go to.
I was here a little while, just stopping by for lunch. As it had been awhile, I thought it would be fun to check it out. Once I walked in I had to spend about a minute or two looking over the menu. I am so glad that I did, since it might have been hard to make up my mind. I chose the Mediterranean sub, with a cup of the daily soup, chips, and of course a soda. I liked how I was able to walk down the line observing how they made my sub and soup. Since we didn't have much time after I got my food, I was able to devour my potato soup. It was really delicious and thick and creamy. Same with my Oreo shake, which I also had time to down as well. Of course I couldn't wait to get home to have my sub. After lunch, I had enough for a little dinner with the remainder of my sub. What I liked was how fresh everything looked and tasted. From the hummus, feta cheese, tomatoes as well. They really didn't skimp on the ingredients. Tasted so fresh, even later. So good to go back, especially since their subs come in different sizes, so I could order depending on how hungry I was.
