I thought I might try this place out since I live so close and I have yet to go. I enjoyed myself quite a bit actually. Going in was like a bit of an experience, you taste, you talk and tell all that is wine. As a wine lover, I did really enjoy that aspect of it. However, the only thing I didn't love was the fact that all the wine is Canadian wine. Now I'm not hating, but its really hard for me to like Canadian wine, as I am a California wine girl myself. With that said, this is one of the best bc wine stores I have been too. I recommended the store to my sister who likes Okanagan wine and she was like a kid in a candy store.

The owner (middle-aged blonde woman) is the RUDEST person I have ever met. I walked in and she barely acknowledged me and treated me really rudely. I don't understand how someone in sales could have such a bad attitude. I will never return to this store, and I have advised all of my family/friends never to go here. Looking forward to it shutting down/having new management :)

Terrible customer service. Extremely pretentious/rude employees who have somehow forgotten they're out in the suburbs of Coquitlam. What a joke.
