The staff here are all so friendly, and the selection is amazing. Jeramy helped me pick out a new whiskey I’d never tried before and I loved it. Really appreciated the level of care, knowledge and customer service. Such a great experience overall

I walked in, got the beer I like, answered the cashier about how I am which I said im happy I found my beer again because there was a shortage. Then right before payment, his entire attitude changed and he demanded ID in a rude and confrontational way. My ID happened to be in the car, so I stepped out to get it while my sister stayed behind, and then they refused to sell the items to her as well.nnI understand store policy and I understand checking ID. What I don’t understand is the disrespectful behavior, refusal to communicate properly, and inappropriate comments afterward. The “looking flirty” remark because I was nice enough to respond your question?! Sooooo unprofessional and unnecessary and humiliating. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect even when staff are enforcing policy. I definitely dont look like under 18 and Im hoping he was just doing his job not being racist towards me or not having some kind of personality disorder!

My daughter came in with me after we did shopping together at the safeway. They refused to sell me our liquor selection. Even the alcohol-free ones. I doubt the law really does not allow parents to buy alcohol when minors are present, but if that really is your policy, you should stop minors from coming in instead of refusing to sell after the shopping is done.

BCLIQUOR at Como Lake is clean, well-organized, and has a solid selection of wines, beers, and spirits. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help you find what you need or suggest something new. Prices are fair, especially with the occasional promotions. The only downside is that parking can get busy at peak hours. Overall, a reliable liquor store with great service and a good variety of products.

Nice medium size liquor store. I always find lots of varieties of wine . Specifically this one since it’s not very busy . I find lots of stuff that I look into a big store and cannot find or it’s sold out ,Como lake one always had in stock . They have a lot of sales too. Staff is super polite and helpful. Even the cold zone has lots of your favourite cooling ready to go .
