Arms Liquor Store

The server was very friendly when she took my order. It took a long time for the steak sandwich to come out and it was over booked and very dry. I let the server know and asked if I could just keep the fries and I onion rings. She asked me to cut into the steak more. She said she had to take it all to take it off my bill. I didn't have time to order anything else. I paid for my Caesar and she said the steak looked well done when she took it back . I was not impressed.

They are always open... and good prices and good service, good staff and they carry some special liquors too

Very little selection of anything and the cashier is less than pleasant.

Selection is not the best. That being said the staff is very friendly and they usually have Old Milwaukee priced below government stores. The pub next door serves great food as well. Look forward to it reopening!

I've supported this small beer and wine for the last 10 years …. in 2018 my receipts have add3ed up to well over $2000 in booze. Over the last year I have had to push my way through a wall of drug dealers to get into the store. These men have no respect for the bylaws, are constantly smoking in front of the store front and hang out there from 3pm to midnight. He opens up right in time for my son to get off school and walk by. I was harassed by one of them today when I confronted one of them about smoking in front of the store on the walkway where its clearly no smoking and contravenes the bylaws. The older homeless looking man started to threaten me saying if I didn't leave he was going to kick the #@*# out of me. I then left feeling threatened and he and his three friends followed me home, one of them got out of his car in front of me with a tire iron in hand I ran screaming help help and was able to shut the gate to the complex before he reached me. All because I asked them to stop smoking and loitering in front of the liquor store. What is ironic is that the employee from the liquor store came out and defended this man who loiters in front of his store all day long smoking. It really does make me feel like the Arms Pub and the Cold Beer support this mans business in front of theirs. In reality these business have a duty to keep these people out of the mall instead of protecting them but that is how much social responsibility the Arms feels to the neighborhood. NONE! That they are willing to allow obvious drug dealing in broad daylight in front of an open store is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

Picked a bottle of nice wine on sale, $1.15 or so off the regular price, When I paid at the cashier she charges full price, I asked why, she said the sale is over but haven't removed the sales labels yet. I have been buying wine and beer at that store for a while and always was picking wine or beer on sale. Never checked prices before after purchase, I trusted these fat redneks, I think they have been scamming people for a while. Check your receipt next time, no one does, people just pay and go and I think this liquor store takes advantage of good citizens.
