Un-professional and un-friendly , never go there ! even zero star !!
Great service! Had issues with my Samsung tv and they had the parts in within a week and even made a house call!! To fix it in house! Great service great employees!
HIGHLY recommend taking your products here. I was dealing with a Samsung G9 monitor and not only did it come out better than factory, the service was amazing with fast turnaround as soon as parts arrived.
They handled our TV warranty repair and really took care of things as quickly as possible, exceeding our expectations. They picked up our TV and dropped it back off repaired within 2 hours. Very polite and friendly!
