I went there today to get my watch done and asked if i get a discount for working for a specific company. I was told it will be free. I then asked if I can get my work and personal phone done. worker said, since I was doing 3 device, she said it’ll be a $10 charge. I said that is fine. I came back an hour later to find out, I supposedly don’t work for that company anymore in which I do. Worker called the boss and said because I don’t work within the “mall” and don’t have anymore credits to get a discounted price on my devices. Instead they could offer me 10% off so with all 3 devices it’ll cost $80. Sooooooo because the worker did not check my account prior to “already” putting on the screen protectors, even though mentioning in the beginning I don’t work in the mall I commented about not coming over because I work at a different location and just don’t have time prior to me leaving devices there. I come back an hour later to tell me I have to pay $80??? On top of that, she had thrown away my screen protectors for both phones that she was unable to retrieve. Now I am unable to make a claim on both of them to get them replaced. Instead of honouring what she told me and for client experience, she ripped off the screen protector on both devices and I walked away with zero protection on my phone and now I have to go pay for another screen protector for both devices because she wasn’t able to give back my old screen protector. I will never recommend my clients to go there again.

Very friendly staff and great service. I got my Apple Watch done as well as my phone. I absolutely love the matte screen protector for the phone. Highly recommend visiting them. Cindy was amazing.

Highly recommend! Service was polite, friendly and super informative. She patiently answered all my questions and proved the quality of the product. I got a matte armour for phone and an armour for smartwatch. At first matte was hard to get used Pixel blur to but now I love the fact there's no prints, hides scratches and easy to clean.

Just purchased my 5th phone screen protector from ghost armor. Excellent product that I buy with each new phone upgrade. My personal favorite is the matte screen protector. Keeps finger prints off and is easy to clean. Just in case you can't tell, I highly recommend Ghost Armor for your phone!

This location has amazing customer service. Cindy's always cheerful and helpful and she's speedy and precise when it comes to cutting custom protectors. The kiosk is always well-organized and tidy which is a big draw when people are going to be leaving their devices here to have the protector installed, trusting that their device isn't going to get lost among clutter. Follow their care instructions and you don't have to worry about the screen protector all that much. Even better if you have a case that wraps around to protect the edges of your screen. I always recommend Ghost Armor to people who are trying to decide between Ghost Armor or buying their own protectors and installing them at home. What you get at Ghost Armor is definitely head and shoulders above doing it yourself.

I always get my screen protectors from this location and I can't say enough good things about them. They always do great work and even when I've had a defective one they replace it no problem. Bonus if you can get Cindy cause she's just the best!

I've gotten a screen protector for my Oneplus 8 pro twice now... Approx two weeks after bubbles start to form and the sides/top begin to peel off. Not wasting another 10$ to go through the same experience as warranty is gone after a week.

Ghost armor is the best! Especially the one in Southcentre Mall, got a screen protector for my S10plus and could not be more happy! The fingerprint scanner works perfectly. Got my brother's phone done here too. Cindy, the manager and her team are the best! Awesome customer service, amazing quality product, my phone has been scratched proof for over half a year now. Will highly recommend!

Friendly staff and great management! Husband and I always get our family’s devices done here. They offer exceptional service in installations! Replacement program is clearly explained and fair. Just follow care instructions and your phone will be mint! Have had this product on my phone for years and will continue using Ghost Armor. Other protectors just don’t last long Plus it’s always a pleasant experience just to come in and watch them install I personally CANNOT install those cheap screens for the life of me. Staff are very knowledgeable. Could not be anymore happier with our experience here! You get what you pay for— 5 stars!
