A nice and great furniture company. Prices are very affordable and reasonable. They have a lot of varieties of sofas, sectionals, mattress, box spring, ottoman, bed light, drawers, side tables, throw pillows etc. They deliver for free and their customer service is exceptional. I will recommend this store to anyone who wants to buy household and office furniture.
Excellency furniture was a terrible choice to go to. I ordered a sofa, actually 3 sofas and the quality was not good at all. I ordered a sofa from their local store, which was OK and I was told that my sofa would fit in my apartment that it is a standard size. I was waiting for three weeks, and then when the sofa finally arrived, they couldn’t get it in my apartment. When I called back the store, they were willing to give me a store credit only . I had no choice and order another sofa just smaller . Once again I had to wait for another three weeks. During all this six weeks nobody communicated with me. I always have to call and ask about the status of my delivery. I also forgot to mention that each time they supposed to deliver I had to spend $150 to book an elevator from certain time that was given to me by the delivery company that has a contract with XLNC. Unfortunately, they never came on time and I lost the elevator and the money. Total $300 just for booking elevator. Finally, I got my sofa but the quality is just terrible as you can see in pictures this is just a couple hours of having my new sofa in my place. You sit on it and it just the wrinkles and it wont go back unless you smooth it by your hands. In-store all the furniture looks great but so far it’s kinda appears that when I got the furniture that I ordered, the quality is completely different, cheaper materials and not as good as in a store. This products are coming from USA. If I knew what I have to go through I would never even step in this store. .
I’ll start with the good: -We like our furniture and our very happy with how it looks in our home, we also shopped during boxing week and got great prices on everything. Now for the bad: -Communication between XLNC and us was terrible. I placed 2 seperate online orders for a total of 4 items. I received confirmations for both that stated a date the item would be ready and that I would hear from them a few days before that date to confirm that it would be ready for pickup. For both orders I had to email them on or after the date it was supposed to be ready for pickup because I had heard nothing from them about picking it up. I also selected to pickup at the South store when I ordered and was left with the option of either picking up at the North store or waiting even longer to pickup at the South store. -As for the items themselves, the dresser we ordered arrived with a broken rail for one of the drawers, I understand things happen and an order has been placed for a replacement rail to be shipped to us, so not a huge deal. -For the bed frame we got, it was very clearly an opened/returned item because the assembly kit that came with the bed was for a completely different item so we had the wrong screws/bolts. This prevented us from even being able to put together the bed. While they were eventually able to gather some correct items for us to put the bed together, I had to email multiple times to get information/updates on what they were going to do to solve this situation. I was told I’d hear back soon with a solution and then heard nothing and had to follow up again. After all this, I was again left with the option of driving to the North store to pickup the parts to put our bed together or waiting longer to have them sent to the South store. Overall I would say the headache has not been worth the good prices. I feel as if the bare minimum was done to rectify our problems.
I have been purchasing from Xlnc Furniture for over 8 years and can honestly say that their service is second to none. The deliveries are always on time, and I have never been let down. In fact they have even helped me procure furniture at extremely short notice. Highly recommended The furniture we have purchased for our rental properties is still going strong now, which speaks volumes about the quality. I would recommend them without hesitation.
Great experience here at XLNC Furniture. I've been in the market for an affordable and sturdy sofa for a few months now and stubbled upon this place. Great selection, great prices and even greater staff. They where all so well informed and helpful. I will be back in the future for all my furniture needs!!

We purchased dinning set and sofa from xlnc Furniture and took extended warranty / insurance during purchase based on the suggestion from the sales person. The extended warranty service turned out to be a savior, we had some accidental damage to the dinning set and were able to get the replacement furniture with no hassle. All the staff in the store were very friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends!
From the moment I ordered a dressing table from xlnc showroom. I received regular updates by phone and email from the company, on the status of the delivery. The delivery arrived promptly on the day it was expected, by two pleasant and professional delivery men. The dressing table was already constructed, so no flat-pack construction required. It was so well packed and protected, and is a very well made piece of furniture, as well as reasonably priced. A very professional company to buy from.
