The Doctor I deal with there is a decent doctor who cares and will listen to our issues. Overall a good place to be helped.

We showed up just as Dr. Ranote was locking the door. He let us in and we got our flee medication.

Excellent office, the staff are always friendly and accommodating. A few times I have needed to get in right away and they do the best they can to help. The girls at the front desk are always really nice, I'm not sure what others are talking about but I have never found there to be an issue. It's nice to have a Doctor in Maple Ridge, I feel very lucky, as I prefer to see the same person all of the time.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK The worst receptionist (ANTONETTE) I believe is her name She hangs up the phone on me Is extremely condescending Has yelled several times and is just point blank the rudest person iv ever come across in my life time.. WHY IS SHE STILL WORKING HERE?? Iv brought this issue to the manager only to have the manager RUN TO MY DR TO "TALK" TO ME every time this office gets a bad review it's LAUGHABLE that right behind it is a good review SICKNING THEY FAKE GOOD REVIEWS THE STAFF HERE ARE DISGUSTING THE WORST IV EVER COME ACROSS •AND MAYBE TRY DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT INSTEAD OF GIVING UR SELVES A GOOD REVIEW BEHIND IT.. ●but I'm sure u wont (SAD)

I keep trying to call the office and I get off work close to 5pm and even if I call at 450 no one picks up and I listen to music for ten minutes thinking someone is going to pick up. This is the third time now. Dr Burns is the best family doctor around and he has helped us so much.
