Primacy - Ridge Meadows Care Clinic West

I would actually give -5 stars. The old salt and pepper haired lady at the reception is always unpleasant and never welcoming. A total c—-. She needs to find a job she likes instead of spreading her misery to others. I will not go here anymore.

Had no issues. Was in and out in 40 minutes. Dr. that was working was nice. Staff were also pleasant to deal with.

Honestly don't see what the big hate is about... Called in ahead of time, was told there was a wait. Arrived, was told there was the same amount of wait. Nobody was rude, everyone was perfectly professional. Perhaps the clinic merger from the old location on 227th improved things...? Personally having lived in Canada for over a decade, wait times are nothing new for walk in clinics and not much have changed. People should learn to be patient and understand they're not the center of the world.

The front desk receptionist with the red hair was aweful. So rude and abrupt with everyone in the office. She was on the phone with a patient who was discussing an injury with her, and she looked at the other receptionist and made the crazy sign by by putting her finger up to the side of her head. I decided to leave rather than listen to the way she talked to people for an hour.
