Extremely impressed and happy with this office. All doctors and nurses have treated both my son and I with such care and respect. All of the staff takes the time to answer our questions and never making us feel rushed. I would recommend this office to anyone!

The only reason I am even giving a ONE star rating is because I have to for the review. This office is the absolute worst! We are FOR immunizations, but had questions for the doctor. He ended up YELLING at my husband and telling him that if he didn't put complete trust in him then we couldn't be seen there. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? We have questions. We are entitled to know what we are putting into our child. We want the immunizations, but we have every right to inquire. I saw the doctor that one time ONLY. All other visits we were treated very rudely and dismissed quickly. One nurse even told me not to bother making another appointment. I refuse to be treated this way especially since I am PAYING for my child to be seen there. I regretted ever LEAVING my first peds office. We moved and thought this was more convenient. Worst decision of my child's life thus far.

I am a mother of 2 small children and new to the Jenison area, after looking around town for a new Dr for my kids, I came across Western Michigan Pediatrics. It was close to our home and seemed to be a good choice for our family. I filled out the new patient packet, I paid to have all the kids' charts sent over to the new office and seemed to be all set. I called the office to ensure they receievd my kids' medical charts, the lady was short, snappy and rude, made me feel as if my questyion was a stupid question and that I was wasting her time by calling. I inquired about a flu shot for my almost 3 year old since she is not able to go to walgreens or any other facilities due to her age. Our insurance was to expire on the 30th so when I called more than a week ahead of time to schedule the appt I told her about our insurance, the best she could do was a mid afternoon appt ON the day our insurance expired. I ended up having to cancel the appt due to work issues and not being able to get out of work in the middle of the afternoon, when I called with my dilemma, she told me there were no options for an early morning appt nor a late afternoon appt for a flu shot. I find this answer to be absolutely absurd. There is no reason my 2 year old cant get in for a flu shot during flu season for 2 weeks +. As a new patient that has NEVER even met a Dr, I am appauled at the customer service I received (or lack there of) and am even MORE appauled that a DR OFFICE couldnt make the time for a NEW patient's 2 year old child to get a FLU shot. If the Dr's treat their patients anything like the front end people do, I feel sorry for all the children and parents that are dealing with this poor service and even worse attitudes. If you are looking around for a new Dr, do NOT go here, I will be looking for yet another Dr office and paying to have charts moved once again. I am not impressed by this office AT ALL!!! There was no compassion, no apologies for scheduling issues, no options for me or my daughter to receive the care we deserved.
