Bring in a research lab to help people with a chronic illness and the lab staff was terrible today. Bad attitude and do not want to help patients. Worst ive ever seen. Went to a spectrum lab and they got me right in and had it all done in 5 min. Unacceptable.
Very friendly and helpful staff including Doctors and Nurses working here. Couldn't be happier or felt more at home. I'm a new patient in the last year after just moving into the area.
This is the worst mercy health office.The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude and you will wait forever. The radiologist seemed SO irritated when making copies of my MRI for a different office and tried to force me to go to a different facility because she would have to put them on multiple CDs and that would take her too much time. This is just one of the many bad experiences I’ve had here.
I had an xray done here. They sent it to Kent radiology. But for some reason did not send on proper information- like my address- so when I started getting collection calls I was confused and surprised. Low and behold it was because they didn't send my information along! Thanks guys. I wanted that hit to my credit cause the information was passed on or wasn't kept. Great job. And trying to get ahold of someone to figure this out 20 plus minute hold.
I recently switched from my last practice to this office because I wasn’t happy with my other office. I switched to Mercy Health because I have seen Lindsey Heathman at another office before and I knew she was good. But since switching, I’ve been blown away with every other doctor I have seen here, including Zach Heathman and Erin Young. They have taken their time to explain everything to me and have great ‘bed-side’ manner. This office is amazing. Very clean, always made me feel comfortable, and the staff is very knowledgeable. I don’t normally write reviews but so far I think that they have deserved it!
The office is fine and I like my provider. But the after-hours service or 'express care' nurse line is horrible. Just because somebody is trying to refill a controlled substance doesn't mean you get to treat them like they're drug addicts. A DOCTOR wrote me this prescription and I trust his judgment a lot more than your gum-chewing, menthol cigarette smoking, 1998 pontiac monte-carlo driving self. Thanks, now I have to go to the ER and waste another chunk of change just because your sadistic ego has no shred of empathy and should have no business answering phones for any kind of health care provider. Shame on you.
I was with my last family physician for more than 20 years, so was leery about seeing a new doc, but Dr. Christopher Davis is just as good minus decades of experience, plus recent medical education. He is not only knowledgeable, but takes time to listen and is empathetic. The staff is always courteous, and I like that there is a lab and xray right there at the office. Excellent practice!
i just had my first "obama care" experience with this office. a my trusted physician is no longer in my network, so i had to look around for a new one b i found someone i was ok with c here's the tricky part...i get strep throat. so i call my new doctor's 1175 Wilson office to schedule an appointment today. mind you i can barely speak at all. i have to talk with FOUR different people and give them ALL my information only to find out that no one can see me because i need to get a new patient appointment out of the way first before i can be seen by one of the staff...and guess what??? there are no new patient appointments available...and no one bothered to even mention that when I signed up. FAIL!!! gonna go burn a few hundred dollars at the emergency room where at least i can get seen.
Dr. Graham is awesome, I’ve never had a problem of any kind here. Far better than Spectrum for general care.
My first experience with Zach Heathman, PA and the staff here has been great. They are punctual, courteous and the examination throughly addressed my concerns.
