VA Wyoming Health Care Center

My husband is here for his annual check up today. He has had great care through here and feels so comfortable coming here. Any questions he has, have been taken care of. As I sit in the waiting area, I am so impressed with the staff. They have been so kind and helpful to those coming in. I'm so grateful to see how our Veterans are being treated today. ..at THIS facility, by this staff.

Waiting in line at labs to get blood work and urinalysis, and all of the lab workers went on break 15 mins ago. Why on earth would everyone go on break at once? There’s like 10 people out here? Had negative experiences a few other times too. I guess you can’t beat free though.. two stars.

Your phone system is horrible. It obviously doesn't meet the patient demands. I am sure sharing operators with Battle Creek doesn't help. Half your staff is an embarrassment to the Medical Profession. Treatment process is set for VA success i.e to make it seem like your are doing the right thing, and not IS NOT set to benefit POST 9/11 Veterans. With 22 Veterans a day committing suicide you are part of the problem and not the solution. I really hope these issues can get resolved and you provide my brothers and sister better service than you provided me.

I have been seen here a lot over the past few years. Some of their receptionists are kind but that would be the only good thing about this building. The healthcare is terrible as well as the customer service. I can't even begin to describe how many bad experiences I have had in this building. I pray the va healthcare system gets better across the board. I can't think of a single area of va healthcare that I would consider exceptional. They all need drastic improvement. Personally, I believe a lot of what goes on in the va should be considered criminal negligence. It is truly sad.
