I love all the staff at Kent neuro! Dr googe is a wonderful Dr. He is very kind, thoroughl. But truthfully I really miss Dr gracias

Dr Googe and his staff of nurses and everyone I've dealt with are top notch.

Two months ago my husband broke his back and underwent emergency back surgery, performed by Dr. SELEDOTIS. Thankfully his surgery seemed to have went well and he is on the road to recovery. But dealing with Kent Neurological has been far from pleasant or easy. I have honestly never received such despicable customer/patient service. The secretaries were pleasant enough, but unfortunately we had to interact mostly with Dr. SELEDOTIS' nurse. From the beginning, she has been nothing but disrespectful, condescending, and unprofessional. When I called and asked her to speak to the doctor about getting my husband a prescription for a different walker (as the one he was using was too small for him), she was quick to tell me "That's not my problem! You should have handled that before leaving the hospital!" This was only ONE of the many issues we had with her. I literally hated calling for medication refills every 10 or so days, because I knew I'd have to speak to her. When I addressed the Doctor about her attitude, he said "her job is hard." Dr. Seledotis lacks any personality or passion for his work. Apparently you do not need even an ounce of personal skills to work at Kent Neurological?! Today we drove two hours from home to see Doctor Seledotis at his Greenville location. We were supposed to FINALLY for the first time see an xray of my husbands back since he broke it. This was our second appointment and our second attempt at looking at his xrays. There was a complication the first time and no Xrays were provided to the office. This time we came disk in hand, ready for some good news. After popping the CD in a couple computers, they said the couldn't view the images and basically gave up. They refused to read the pamphlet on how to view the images or to call the provided IT number for assistance. Dr. Seledotis simply said he wanted to schedule a THIRD order for Xrays and ANOTHER APPOINTMENT!- More $$$$. The only reason I gave Kent Neurological even a one star review is because you can't give zero stars. Today was the last appointment we will attend with Kent Neurological. We will be getting my husband referred elsewhere.
