This company is an absolute gong show to deal with. I only used them for 2 months as my house was on the market for sale so I needed short term coverage. My house sold and possession date was July 15th. They processed my July payment on July 8th and I signed and authorized policy cancellation for the 15th. Not only did Bethany at Strathmore branch not respond to my email asking when our prorated return would be administered as I was moving to a new address, but we did not receive our refund from July. Now the company has gone and debited our account on Aug 8th for August payment when our policy has clearly been canceled. Now we have spoken with the accounts department 2 days ago in which the representative verified she sees the policy is clearly canceled and said she needed to talk with the department manager and would call us back within minutes and yet again we are left in the dark. In all my years and all the insurance companies or brokerages dealt with have I ever seen such poor service. I'd strongly advise on using a different brokerage firm. **I gave them one star because I had to for it to post but I would not have given them a star.
Love Love LOVE dealing with the ladies and gents at the Strathmore Western Financial Group! They are always a joy to talk to, very educated in their field, always happy to help and provide what you need in a timely manner! I've had the pleasure of working with Tiffany, Patricia and Landon to name a few! Definitely the BEST one stop shop for all your insurance needs right from home insurance, tenant insurance, life insurance and vehicle insurance. These folks work hard for you and I wouldn't take my business else where. Each of them know my profile inside and out making it easy to know how to cover me from head to toe! I dealt with Kim at this location to inquire about my home and condo insurance. She was such a pleasure to deal with. She was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions and made great recommendations for my policy. I switched from my current provider to Western Financial just because of her amazing customer service. Thanks Kim!
A simple insurance cancellation has been turned into over a month with no refund as promised. Excuses and no accountability. Terrible communication. Lots of apologies which all could have been avoided with proper expectations and communication. Not a trust worthy location will never deal with or recommend to anyone.
I Have been with Western Financial group for years and recently moved my policies to Strathmore office. The service and advice I received from this team was phenomenal! I had a Truck burn down recently and lucky I was advised to take an additional policy out that help me come out even on my loan. I appreciate the team and have refered mulitple new clients who have also been extremely happy. A big thank you to the Strathmore team!!!
i recently moved my insurance to this branch and have been happy with the responsiveness and the overall savings to date. I get to speak with people that understand my need for urgency. Worth a call for the improved rates!
Was recommended to see Kim here, and I must say that I can’t believe I didn’t do it sooner! She made it such a breeze to get insurance on my vehicles, she walked me through everything and answered every question I threw at her! I won’t take my business anywhere else but to her from now on! Thank you so much!
