Action Insurance Group

After 20 plus years of great payments history and never having a issue anywhere I only went with this company due to dealership recommending it which was my first downfall. Customer service is very poor and they don’t care if they keep you as a customer or not. I’m not paying a high enough premium so I guess that maybe one issue. However I had issues at my bank which was no fault of my own after 1 year of no issues with my payments and then called to explain everything to the lady she said ok and secured a double payment the next month and all was good. All of a sudden they want full payment and she owns up to nothing and apparently doesn’t remember our conversation at all. How convenient is that. I try to refresh her memory of seriously a few hours prior and she has no clue and was getting rude. I find out that my payment history is still in good standing with the actual insurance company and that there’s no flags on my account or anything which they were lucky as they would have been reported so fast it wouldn’t have been funny. So I switched companies as soon as possible as apparently they just don’t care to own up to mistakes they made. I couldn’t imagine if I had a accident or something big happened and I really needed someone plus I was looking to add more insurance for house and another vehicle. So even though I could pay the insurance outright doesn’t mean I should have too or get bad service or them not care that I’m moving on all because my premiums aren’t high enough for when she may have to do a little more work for her money. They collected my $100/month with no issues and that was over paying. Sorry you had to put in some effort 1 month out of 13. Don’t bother with a ridiculous response as I won’t read it anyway and everyone else that’s smart enough will move on. Unless you have not a very good driving record and need them otherwise move on they will screw you for sure. I only didn’t have problems a year ago because they just had to debit my account that was it. Lol. Or I Probably wouldn’t have lasted this long either.

Courtney Praud and Jim Turner are the best insurance broken I've ever dealt with. When I sent an email to them on a Sunday morning to add a new vehicle to the policy, I got a the next morning on Monday! Talk about prompt responses. Courtney also takes the time to clarify with me on my request and asked relevant questions so we are on the same page. Jim and Courtney definitely makes insurance easy for people like us! I am looking forward to many years of relationship ahead with this company!
