States that they carry SGI Canada. I stopped in last week. I was told someone would return my call. It's been a week, so I called and they don't carry SGI. Why did't someone call to tell me. Now I'm stuck with a useless broker for another year.

Most recently dealt with Kim F and she was professional, friendly and knew what questions to ask to ensure I got the best possible rate on Auto Insurance. She went above and beyond making sure I completed and submitted all documents and payment so that I was able to receive my pink slip and drive before the end of the day! I cannot thank her enough for her hard work, friendliness, professionalism and excellent customer service! Thank-you to Don T for always being helpful, professional and friendly as well. And for recommending Kim F to us as he had recently changed positions....Congratulations Don T and I wish you all the best in your new position!

The women who work here are miserable, unpleasant and just plain dumb. You get faster and more efficient service in Airdrie. Here is only self righteous beasts who don't know how to do their jobs. Hey here's an idea, if you hate your jobs so much, find a new one!
