I don't want to give him any stars, he is incredibly hard to get a hold of and very unreliable. DO NOT get him to install a security system because once it is installed you will never hear from him again. The products he installs are sub-par at best and I've had problems with the system repeatedly. Save your time and money and go with someone else.
