Professional, prompt and courteous service! I have been dealing with Gord and his team for almost 20 years and thank them for many years of service above and beyond. I needed a new remote starter fob and decided that I would also like to upgrade to something more current. They took the time to explain all of the different options available, helped me to determine what would best accommodate my needs and ensured that I was confident in the operation of my new mobile starter from my phone. They were even able to accommodate my challenging schedule. Thanks so much Gord and team!!

Audio Concepts was a 10/10 for me. I worked with Brad over email as I live up north and then when i came to the shop and dropped the truck off he was very informative. I then was dealing with Steve the installer of my system who explained everything very thoroughly and then he showed me the system. I would HIGHLY reccommend this shop to anybody looking for anything to do with audio. Very knowledgable, informative, and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again guys!! From an empty back seat to a wicked stereo system!

Explained my requests and booked an appoimtment a week in advance, when I came in I had to explain everything again, nothing was noted or passed on; I was told an hour and then made to wait 4 and 1/2 hrs, no apologies or heads up, after I said I'm from out of town and don't have rides. Accomplished hardly half of what I requested and I wasted over three hours in the middle of the day. Plus they cracked my dash and didn't say or do anything to remedy it. I'm never letting them touch my car again.

Recently had a car starter purchased and installed. Very good service. The salesman was able to get my vehicle in within the week! Very happy
