Store had the monitor I needed but the worker kept trying to shove a new phone plan down my throat when I said “ I just signed up for a new plan I don’t need one” then worker proceeded to harass me about my current plan. I just want to go in get my product and get out. I am a business owner and I avoid this staples whenever possible because of that. It’s like this every time and it is an absolute terrible sales approach. Only positive experience was staples having the product in stock.

Absolutely the worst service in the world, stand there for 30 minutes and not one single person to help. 1 person in the print area and the stupid machines don’t accept debit cards. So have to wait for the 1 person they have working there to get through 10 other customers before even acknowledging your there. Do not ever use this place ever. It is useless.

Awful customer service they lack communication and the manager threatens not to give money back if you’re frustrated with them ignoring you completely.nnKeep in mind this was an item I bought seconds earlier a gift card and their till failed to activate it. No fault of mine completely out of my control but he threatens not to give my money back?nnReal top notch people you have working.

An employee asked if he could help me and easily found what I needed. Another employee with a second of eye contact knew I needed the restroom unlocked. Really appreciated that. And fully stocked with more than you could need for a business, organizing, etc.

My HP printer broke down over its return date at the GP Staples Store. Troy the manager and Mary Anne the cashier took care of me like No one else ever has . They didn’t give me the old send it to the manufacturer line . It was replaced at the price I paid.nThey care about the customers.nAnd do yourself a favor , buy the extended warranty. Any issues within the extended warranty period and you walk out with a new machine. Most products only have a 14 day return policy. And after that it’s the product manufacturer issues. You guys are the BEST!
