Would give 0 stars if I could. Would only go here last resort. I ask do you price match. They say yes. I show them on Amazon and they are like ok but we charge 14 bucks extra because Amazon charges that for shipping.....no that item has free shipping I said.....no they said we will still charge extra...and then they would have shorted me 9 dollars if I wouldn't have counted my change

My HP printer broke down over its return date at the GP Staples Store. Troy the manager and Mary Anne the cashier took care of me like No one else ever has . They didn’t give me the old send it to the manufacturer line . It was replaced at the price I paid.nThey care about the customers.nAnd do yourself a favor , buy the extended warranty. Any issues within the extended warranty period and you walk out with a new machine. Most products only have a 14 day return policy. And after that it’s the product manufacturer issues. You guys are the BEST!

I was in need of a printer. Christopher at store 80 assisted me and went above and beyond ensuring I had the printer that would best meet my needs. I recommend our local store in Grande Prairie and received great customer service. Thank you Christopher.

Before Christmas I went in to have a few photos duplicated for family that was coming. It took 20 minutes to get one person to help me at the photo desk while two others stood around. When I was asked what I wanted I gave the person my photos and asked him if he could reproduce theses individual photos. He said no problem give me 4 days but we will most likely call you before then. I was a little hesitant so I said again you can reproduce these exactly, he said absolutely we can. On the 5th day my wife went in and nothing was done no surprise. He apologized and said come back tomorrowthe 6th day. When we went there to pick them up they handed her a stack of plain copying papers with several pictures on each sheet that looked horrible and I guess we were supposed to cut them out!?!... seriously, it took them a week what I could have done from home in minutes. Regardless that's not what I wanted, I wanted quality reproductions and he knew that, what we got back was garbage, and that's where it went. Also your web site is horribly slow.

Bought a laptop before Christmas on sale as a display. Stopped working 3 days in, during return were told they don’t have that model anymore but we could buy another model that was the same price as the original before the sale. So instead of just swapping the computers over we then had to pay the difference in the cost. The manager seemed dumbfounded when I argued that he should just swap the computers as they originally are the exact same price. Great Christmas experience..
