I want to take a moment and share my pleasant experience purchasing our first Subaru from Otto's Subaru Ottawa west location. The process was pleasant and stress free, specifically our introduction to James Hubbard sales and leasing representative. James is friendly, knowledgeable, very thorough, patient and so understanding. He was able to find us our next vehicle that suited our ever changing car needs. Very happy with our experience at Otto Subaru. We bought the Outback Limited XT with Allez as our sales representative. I was shocked to see how seamless and stress free the whole experience was. Communicating was always open regarding questions and due date of the vehicle.  John  K. was also very helpful regarding extended warranty and maintenance of the vehicle as well as offering a fair price for our 12 year old Venza, Toyota. On our pick up day, we were explained about the blue tooth and technical features etc Also payment options and papers to sign all went smoothly . As well an extra classy touch was being given a large bowl with a bottle of wine, chocolates and other items Definitely the best automobile purchase for us.

Got my first new car ever from Otto’s and could not be happier with the experience after almost writing Subaru off based on a dealership in a neighbouring province. Sami was great from day one and ensured I got the exact car I wanted with minimal delays. Why anyone gets anything other than a Subaru in this area is beyond me. Great safe investment! Saw Patrick here who helped us into both a Subaru Ascent and Crosstrek, impartial and so helpful in showing us the little tips and tricks that made the Subaru better than others, but also with no sales pressure and agreeing we should try other vehicles  as well. Super available on text, and went above and beyond finding a Crosstrek through different channels than what was in the lot. Gave us fancy cookies for our kids, and a present when we got the car! Alisson when we closed the deal, she also was so kind and helpful and fixed up some paperwork discrepancies  super fast. Best dealership experience  I've had after six different cars!

I purchased my first Subaru earlier today and I could not be more happier with the people and the Otto's Subaru buying experience.  First, it was Holly in service who, when she overheard that I planned to purchase a vehicle,  insisted I give her my contact info and she would ensure someone from Sales called.  True to her word, Allez Jeffa from Sales reached out to me within a hour and from that moment on,  Allez  provided me with an outstanding customer experience.  Allez helped us find a vehicle that perfectly fit our needs, one that was well within our budget and with the help of Business Manager, John Katchikian, preceded to provide us a with a very fair offer for our less than ideal trade in. No pressure, no baloney, just great customer service. It's sad to say but it was refreshing to have such a pleasant buying experience, one where I was treated like a valued customer from my first interaction through till the end. Thank you!  Based on this experience, I can, without reservation, recommend Ottos Subaru, Holly in Service, Allez Jeffa in Sales and the rest of the Otto's team. They proved to me today that they have very high standards and they know exactly how to look after / treat their customers so they keep coming back. Well done.

We had such an amazing experience right from day 1. First we set up a test drive and that went awesome. We decided after about a month that we wanted to purchase our next vehicle here. James was beyond amazing he even came in on his day off to start the purchase process for us. He is friendly and kind and very knowledgeable. We were a little hesitant from a past experience purchasing vehicles at a different dealership to be doing brand new again but wow. Was this a total 360 of our first experience. We were floored. The staff right from the front doors until we left with our vehicle were awesome. Always happy and smiling. They made sure we were happy every step of the way!. Honestly the best experience we've had. And to top it off we were about to leave and we got this amazing gift basket. Wine chocolates cookies a tool kit and a mixing bowl. Excellent customer service would definitely recommend.

Not just the best Subaru service shop in Ottawa but probably the best of them all. Nothing but best to say about my experience with Brent Ginsberg and other front service advisor people but also mechanics a few times that I had to interacted with them. Very honest, skilled with great human skills, very rare now these days. Always trying their best to accommodate me if they see it is an emergency. Top notch experience with Otto's business manager Mark Evans as well. I strongly recommend dealing with Otto's Subaru dealer.

I have to say my experience today was a breath of fresh air. I decided that I wanted to lease a Subaru Outback and from the first phone call to Patrick my salesman to the visit today was enjoyable. The test drive was the deal maker. I was able to choose between my two preferred colours. Time was spent number crunching the best leasing scenario for me. Everyone I dealt with today was genuinely happy to help me in my purchase. Something to be said about a family owned dealership! I am confident the service department will be equally as attentive and better than my local Toyota dealer where I really think twice if I need to get a service done! Car buying is never a fun thing for me, but today I left excited knowing approximately when my vehicle will arrive and all of the financial information I needed.  Thank you for caring about your customers!

Sami did a great job working with us to order our new 2023 Crosstrek. He was punctual and a straight to the point. We also managed to get our new car with a 5 month wait, it may sound long but it was much faster than all the other dealers who were quoting us 12 or more months. I recommend Ottos as they order the largest inventory of cars in the area.

Always impressed with my experiences here. For the past 7 years, I have had nothing but professional and courteous service. This is with sales and especially the service department. Otto's has shown great respect for my time and has always done their best to reduce the expense of needed maintenance and repairs. One of the reasons why my next car will probably be another Subaru is simply because of the pleasant dealer experience with our Outback. Thank you Chris, Rob, Carla, Luke, and many more.
