Outstanding service!!! What can I say? This is the most professional and friendly service I have ever experienced buying a car. There are many aspects when buying a car, and for me I need someone that can explain things patiently and make the experience enjoyable. Josh, Ed and the whole group at Import Car Centre are superb! As a woman shopping for a car, I have been taken for a ride more than once sadly so it was with a healthy dose of skepticism and a solid recommendation that I went 'looking' for my next new ride at this little gem location. Not only did they direct me to the right vehicle for me, they didn't use any heavy pressure tactics, in fact they were not pushy at all.  I tried several vehicles to get a sense of which would be the right fit for me and in my own time, fell completely in love with the SQ5 Audi.  I have several family members that are/were in the car industry so I checked in with them for their advice as well.  It was absolutely refreshing to see that what I was being told by my their team, was in fact not just a line and that I could trust them.   I also did my homework - the price I paid for my vehicle was within market rate and reasonable given the vehicle I was buying.   I am 100% thrilled with my purchase and have this great team to thank for helping me get that starting with the sales rep Warren.  Warren was patient, super pleasant and easy going.  It was such a pleasure working with him on this!  The rest of the team there were also fantastic.  This place did not get an almost full 5 star rating by accident - they earned every one.  If you are looking for a trusting company to give your business to, I highly recommend them.

Import Car Centre was recommended to me by a friend who purchased two cars from them over the years;  respecting how careful they are with the cars they select to sell.  Dan coached me through my recent purchase. He gave me lots of advice of what to look for in a car; how to "find the sweet spot" age-wise;  and what would be the best buy for value.  I am very appreciative of his help.  If you are in the market for a car, I would get in touch early, let them keep an eye out on a vehicle for you, and see what they could make happen.

My Wife and I recently purchased a car from Import and I must say, after months of dealing with big box dealerships, What a breath of fresh air!  The gentleman who guided us through the car purchasing process was named Warren. As it was our first time buying a car together, Warren patiently answered all of our questions and was extremely knowledgeable about all steps involved.  To keep it brief, Warren and his colleagues made us feel at home and very comfortable with our purchase. We left feeling excited and without the stress that we experienced at other dealerships.  It’s easy to understand how these personable guys have been in business for so many years.  Thanks again for a great experience and our beautiful car! I have just bought a car at Import Car Center. Being first time buyer needless to say how lost I felt trying to understand what I wanted/needed and how it worked. Import Car team really made the process smooth and joyful. I feel like part of their family now and not just a client. All the advise they gave me were valid and helpful. Josh never rushed through the process it took me several visits to understand what I liked and was patient with my first time buyer questions. I recently purchased a BMW from Josh and Dan at Import car centre. I cannot say enough about these guys, they are men of honor and integrity. I recently purchased my sweet little BMW convertible Betty from Import Car Centre.  What a great experience from start to finish which I might add, only took 4 days!  Josh and Eddie were extremely helpful and I felt they bent over backwards to make this happen without any pressure at all.  The entire team is outstanding, I felt like we were all good friends by the time I left there.  I would highly recommend Import Car Centre to everyone and I will be going back to buy my SUV when the time is right for me.

Recently, I purchased a car at Import Car Centre. My sales rep was Warren, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He made my car purchase to be a very positive experience. When I came to pick up the car it was cleaned, checked, serviced, even filled up and ready to go as I was promised it will be. If you are looking for honest, professional and fast service I highly recommend to talk to Warren.

After being told by a couple Toyota dealers to basically give up because I wouldn't be able to find a Tundra only a couple years old with low mileage. Lo and behold there's 2 for sale at import car center with only 25 thousand KM on them. After submitting a request online I got a text the same day from Warren to schedule a visit. He was polite and professional. We spent almost 4 hours talking about the vehicle and some different options for me. If you see they have something for you on their website I recommend a visit.

I would highly recommend Import to anyone looking for a vehicle of any type. And if they don't have one on the well stoked lot they will find one for you. I have been a return customer for a few years and the sales and service has been top notch. Many more years of success to them.
