The thought of changing vehicles was daunting to me but Jayson at Myers was the best help I could have asked for. The experience I had with Myers was nothing short of incredible. Jayson made the entire process of selling my used vehicle absolutely seamless and got me the most back for my used vehicle of everywhere I looked. Jayson's customer service experience is something Myers should be incredibly proud of, and I will continue to refer my friends and family to him. Highly recommend Myers, specifically Jay if you are looking to sell a used vehicle or get into something new.
Very disappointed after bringing my vehicle in for service on November 21st. While the day ended up being much more expensive than I thought it would be when I left the house that morning at least the service advisor was in contact during the day to ensure I understood what was being done and what the costs would be. Where my issue came up was when the shuttle driver who had scheduled me for pick up at 3:30 p.m. called me at 3:28 p.m. to tell me that I was now responsible to find my way back to the dealership and that he was sorry but he wouldn't be able to pick me up. The solution was to tell me to call a cab since I had no other way to get to the dealership. I have to admit being pretty upset at having waited and then being told that they just weren't going to pick me up. The $20.00 cab ride, while not a huge amount of money, was unexpected on top of a large bill for repairs. There has never been an indication that booking the shuttle service was not reliable and that you could have your ride cancelled at the last minute. I understand that the dealership is busy because of last minute tire changes but I did make an appointment and had quite a bit of work done. Shouldn't the dealership plan better to be able to service their customers?
My wife and I have purchased our last 3 vehicles from Myers with the help of Jayson Lucas. The outstanding customer service that I have received from Jayson in regards to selling my used vehicles as well as purchasing the new vehicles is the reason i keep returning as a customer
When you ask the customer what he does for a living as the second introductory question, & still can't figure out by the answer which fed department or what the executive position means....& then refuse client's request to open the door of GMC trucks & SUVs to see the interior. You just lost a $350,000 annual salary executive official walking out of your dealership!
Tried calling this dealership for a simple question - about if there is any new GMC Terrains in stock, guy that answered the phone did not answer my question and did not make me feel comfortable or welcoming for such a simple question, i got confused with him so i just hung up and ended up called a different dealership Myers Kanata Chevrolet Buick GMC that actually answered my question and made me feel welcome and comfortable, i have autism and sometimes anxiety on the phone and i need someone who is happy to help me and i hope this doesn’t happen again when i call for a legitimate question about the GMC Terrain.
Highly recommend Myers Cadillac GMC on Baseline Rd. We just picked up our new Car. We had fantastic service from start to finish. We dealt with Jayson, Shawn Fields & Irina. Amazing and very knowledgeable staff. We will now be Customers for life. You guys are all amazing!!! Thanks Again Alisha & Andrew
January 6th, 2023 is a bad day and a really poor experience, I can't believe what happened to my vehicle at this location, but im gonna wait again until the 9th to see how things will go.
Highly recommended! Shout out to Irina for knowledge and professionality throughout the process. She made the whole experience a positive one. Additionally, thank you to the whole team for making it easy to trade in my vehicles. Would definitely shop again at Myers Cadillac
I purchased my car originally from this location and thought it is better to go there for after service. First, the sales person told me my engine oil change covered for 4 years, then after service person said when I went for service, it is only covered for 3 years. The worst after service I have ever received in my life, made an appointment to check the USB and power supply, but after 4 hours I was told nothing has been done! I left my car almost the whole day there. the worst service, the worst staff, I am not doing to purchased the American car any more.
Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. I called to get service done on my GMC Sierra. All I needed was for them to scan to see what the problem was. There was a light on my dash. I was told to come in for 11:30 was booked an appointment and was told it wouldn't take long since I only needed and wanted the scan. When I arrived the service advisor was very rude. Told me it was $165 for diagnostic and take an hour. I asked why and he said they need to scan then look it over and make sure. I ONLY WANTED A SCAN. Then said it will be hours before its actually brought in the shop then it will take an hour.to be done. I made an appointment for a specific time, yet it will be hours after the appointment to be seen. I left as I wasn't waiting nor leaving my truck there the whole day. Called another shop. Sean's Automotive. $35 to get the scan and got it done within the hour. Found out what it is an had them replace the part. Will NOT be going back to this pathetic dealership
