I was lucky enough to scoop up someone else's Mach-e order after finding the inventory online on Ford Canada's website. Pro tip: the website shows vehicles that are sold and being delivered so don't get your hopes up if you see one "available"! Chanel transferred the order to me and I was able to track the progress of the order using the VIN. I only waited a few months from when I picked up the order before I got the car which was awesome. Unfortunately our 2nd car which we were trading in had some warranty issues which left us without a car for longer than we would have liked; we were under the impression they give loaner cars but that is not the case. We didn't receive the best communication from the service department so we often had to contact Ford Canada to intervene. Anyways, fast forward to receiving the new car - it didn't go as smoothly as we would have wanted it to as our salesperson was away at that time and we had someone else helping us, but in the end we did receive the car. Chanel did follow up with us to make sure everything was okay. A minor issue is being dealt with but otherwise we're very happy with this amazing car. We love being unofficial spokespeople for electric cars, and for Ford, as the car certainly turns heads wherever we go. The range is even better than advertised and it's a fast and fun yet safe car for a family. We have also found that going to the dealership in person is the fastest way to resolve issues rather than going back and forth on the phone. We look forward to many years with this gorgeous car!
The service department at this Dealership is a real Team. Despite it being a Hectic time of year days before Christmas and people on vacation or just gone. These folks give great customer service and their knowledgeable team are able to take care of my 1985 E-350 with ease. Best experience with Ford, best experience at a dealership. Thanks Hamza.
I don’t want to be rude but this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My wife and I went into the dealership on Saturday to look at a Mach-e. According to their website, they had two on the lot that fit the specs that we wanted. I’m not going to name who we spoke with but it appeared that he was a sales person. We spent about 30 minutes in the dealership. During that time, he left several times to look for someone. He didn’t communicate to me at all what was happening, he couldn’t tell me where those vehicles were and we just stared at each other most of the time I was at his desk. It was very awkward to say the least. While waiting, I expressed that I wanted an appraisal on my current vehicle. All I heard from him was how how difficult that process would be. Thats another story but I gave him my VIN, mileage and vehicle description. Our car was at the dealership for them to look at. Again, we just sat there and looked at his desk for several minutes. I had no idea what was happening. I finally asked if the vehicle appraisal would happen today. He responded that someone was in a meeting and if I wanted to wait another 25 minutes for the meeting to be done he would then ask. Needless to say I didn’t wait any longer. He said he would call me with some information but that hasn’t happened. I still do not even know where those Mach-e’s are. Overall it was a strange experience and I wouldn’t recommend going there.
Called regarding a problem with the automatic transmission on my 2013 Focus, which is covered under a special warranty. Was told they weren't servicing Focus' because they were busy and understaffed. Like that isn't a problem for many dealerships. Giving them one star is generous. They deserve none. Not to mention they lost out on a potential sale, as I was looking to trade in the car as we need a different one now anyway. Won't be buying from a dealer that can't be relied on to service vehicles under warranty.
Brooke at service was great, was able to get my tire replaced asap. Just disappointed that the technician didn’t put away the emergency wrench and jack in the back seat. As well as put the cover back on underneath the vehicle when the vehicle is already hoisted…
Unfortunately, they don’t offer X-Plan discount for vehicles in stock. They had the truck I was looking for but insisted on selling without the discount. Other than that, its a nice dealership. But I might now refer them to others.
Sales person was very pleasant and kind to speak with. I would give him 5 stars. But after they hand it over to others it went downhill from there, the experience felt rushed, judged and a brush off.
Campbell Ford refused repair my new car less than 1 year old, lied and said the issue wasn't covered under warranty. Service staff don't know what the warranty book says, and management is dishonest. I had to sue them for reimbursement.
Worst customer service from any dealer and make you feel like your business isn't worth their time. Avoid as much as possible.
Ordered a Ford Lightning through Campbell Ford and couldn't be happier. Truck arrived on Wednesday and drove it home Friday am. Excellent service and staff. Shout out to Khima salesrep for making this the most seamless car buying experience. A+++
