West Ridge Dental Clinic

The dentist is great BUT the front ladies are RUDE!!! They booked my 4 kids appointments by postcards and I NEVER confirmed however a few visits later they tried to charge me no shows. If they were going to charge me for not showing up for appointments I didn't book they should of talked to me when it happened not after I had been there for appointments after. The main lady is beyond rude on the phone and in person. I feel bad for the actual dentist as he is losing out on a lot of clients and money and doesn't even realize it. It's not about the 50 dollars but more about the fact that this lady feels she can talk down to people and make children feel uncomfortable. I am happy however she did that when I recently tried to book my son in because now my family of 6 has found an awesome clinic with respectful people! I will be sure to steer my friends, family and co workers far away from this lady and her disgusting attitude. She needs to be fired to ensure clients are treated fairly. Lady here's a tip for you us clients pay your pay cheque. Hint hint. With out us there is NO you.

Staff are very friendly and create a welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Fung is such a great, empathetic, sensitive, and knowledgeable dentist and really puts his patients at ease. I've been going to this clinic since I was a child and I've always had a positive experience at this clinic.

Dr. Fung is excellent. Totally painless. I had not visted the dentist in some time. Dr. Fung did not tsk tsk or anything. Just went to work fixing my issues.
