Dewdney Dental Center

Dewdney Dental Center is the best dental clinic I have been to. Dr. Bayanpour is so caring about my dental hygiene and the staff is super friendly and is always looking out for my best interest. I'm not sure what Katrine is complaining about, I felt the staff to be very personable and I felt that everything they recommended for me was to suit my needs.

Kind of funny there were no reviews for ages and then after 1 bad one theres suddenly a bunch of people giving 5 stars and vague praises all at once! Thats so shifty, how bad are you that you need people to give fake reviews so you can keep getting business? She really is terrible and rude, but then if you arent smart enough to see thru the fake reviews I guess you probably won't care if you get ripped off... Obviously no integrity whatsoever.. Shame on you!!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. enjoyed my time at this office didn't make me wait very long before taking me in.

Worst dentist I ever visited, would give 0 if I could. Completely ignored everything I said and was obviously somewhere else mentally while she was going thru the routine with me, despite my repeatedly telling her I didn't want to bother with it because my teeth didn't need to be whiter or polished. I'm amazed how much I was charged for a service i explicitly told her I didn't need and wasn't going to pay for, and I had to repeatedly ask her to communicate with me instead of just going "uh huh" and ignoring my questions. Honestly if I found out she was high that day it wouldn't surprise me she was so oblivious. She was also really rude and patronizing, but the most infuriating part is that after they charged me for services I'd told them I didn't want, and after I told them what I thought of that service, they still keep calling to remind me of appointments they apparently go ahead and make without talking to you! I was only there once and I was angry when I left and told them I'm not coming back, and they can't even organize themselves enough to take me off their patient list a year later. This clinic is a perfect example of yet another person getting into healthcare just to rip people off as much as possible, save your money for someone who earned it.
