I am impressed with Crystal - she is the best customer service representative that I've ever met. I tried to express my frustration about a late delivery of a deposit cheque but she was so patient and helpful in helping us. She understood our feelings and she helped us follow up with the driver and managed it very well. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service.

West Direct is a reliable dependable company. I depend on their drivers daily and have never been let down. The dispatch staff are always pleasant to talk to and are immediate to respond to any concerns or questions I have. Although I find them all to be very pleasant to talk with, I do find Crystals positive attitude very refreshing. I highly recommend this company to any business looking for a local courier company.
