Destination address was incomplete. Communication by phone or live chat is difficult at best. I contacted a Loomis agent who was very helpful in locating my package, I went to the Calgary depot to pick up and staff were very pleasant and helpful. I left with my package 10 minutes later.
I just received my parcel through Canpar without any issues. I've seen quite a few bad ratings on here, so I thought I'd share my positive experience. Package was delivered day after estimated delivery date, which isn't a big deal especially these days. I also used e-mail & txt notifications.
