UPS Customer Centres

After spending 1 hours because they can't figure out how to use there own system. Definitely I understamd how fedex has way more traffic. They need better training.

They delivered my package very timely but are overtly priced. Wouldn't advise using them if you're trying to be pennywise but they will deliver on time.

Great service center . I have been visiting here for many years and I am glad that there are still people out there to care for customers .

The system had no clue that the parcels was carried around by the delivery driver even I ordered to put on hold 24 hours before, the system answered ok you can pick up the next morning at the customer center. No communication between the driver and customer center, until I had to visited three times to picked up.

UPS customer Service is non existent! Agent Ryan would not listen, argued and even said "you white people don't even understand English" and refused service. I asked for a manager but he ignored request. I am filing a Human Rights complaint.
