I've had nothing but bad experiences with this company. A client I work with in Ontario always ships with them unfortunately. First time I had a package delivered they "attempted delivery" 3 times, I was home for all three and they never knocked on the door or called once. Just drove past and said I wasn't home! The man on the phone was incredibly rude when I called to inquire about the deliveries. Now I'm trying to ship something that my client got a waybill for and Loomis is not picking up packages from any of their shipping centers in Calgary. So now there are piles of packages at each location that aren't being shipped. What on earth is going on with this company, seriously wonder who runs this show and how they are still in business.
I was kind of weary having an expensive package delivered by a company with less than a 2-star rating on Google. The delivery drivers didn't let my phone ring very long before moving on. However, the folks at the main office were very helpful about changing the address for the package to be delivered at my work and it was promptly delivered the next business day.
worst customer service.... Tracy excuse why they cannot guarantee the delivery that is already 1 day delayed is due to driver breakdown... seriously.. this your own van that needs to be checked at the start of the day and if it breaks down it is your company's responsibility to send another van to deliver the items that customer needs... shows lack of customer satisfaction... afterwhich, update status, non attempt bad weather.. really? the weather on that day was not even snowing... this is the worst delivery service company i ever experienced!!
Worse delivery company ever!!!!!!!! With right address they sent my package back to sender… they told didn’t locate big 10 floors building in the middle of the city… never had problems with other companies But this … “company” impressed me with their stupidity They could call me and ask… or offer pick up Nooooooooothing Just sent package back Have you ever seen anything like that?!?! Me either
Agree! The worst delivery service I've ever dealt with. They are very hard to get ahold of and brutal to deal with. They don't know how to communicate and offer no solutions when you have a package that's not been delivered.
WORST company ever. I ordered from walmart and they are using them as a shipping company. Customer services was t-e-r-r-i-b-l-e. No tracking information. If you receive a tracking number from Loomis might as well ask for a refund right away
The very worst Delivery company. They do not ring your bell or use the buzzer and just document that you are not home.This happened to me thrice and I even paid extra for the third attempt delivery and still did not get my package.
Smoothies were suppose to be delivered Wednesday, it got “delivered Thursday at 11pm. To A Different Address! Customer service sent a picture of it in the front lobby, but it was not my lobby. I had to drive around to all the condo buildings in my area to find it. And then had to wait for someone to go into the condo to get it. The dry ice and smoothies are all thawed. He had my buzzer code… and decided to just leave it at a random building
It seems failed service is par for the course at Loomis. I had a delivery coming on May 26th. Unfortunately, I wasn't at home when they came. Fair enough. They left a door knocker saying they would try again 2 days later. They didn't. I checked my cameras to make sure. On the door knocker, there are instructions to visit their website and choose "reschedule delivery." That would be great, but there is no such option on their website. When I FINALLY got through to customer service, I was told the package has been returned to sender. Again, first attempt was May 26th. No second attempt. They say they will try 2 times, then hold the package for 5 business days. It's only been 3 business days from the first and only attempt. Absolutely brutal dealing with this company.
Horrible service! They 'apparently' made 2 attempts to deliver to my house. The first attempt the guy was so fast we couldn't get to the door quick enough. He was already driving off down the street. The second attempt we were told the package was undeliverable because our house looked abandoned....???? What?! My address was correct. I even went so far as to give extra directions. Across from gas station. White house. Green door. Trees. So then I had to call around to see where my package was. I have to now drive an hour and a half to go pick up my package at their warehouse. I am really not happy with Loomis!
