Friendly staff. I had my 2001 Civic in for a recall and it was fixed in reasonable time. I had a small issue with my A/C losing pressure that I worked out that it was the low pressure valve that had bad seals and was leaking. I asked the service department for a new valve for my A/C low pressure input and they gave it to me free of charge. I thought that was cool until I went to do the repair. The valve they gave me was for a tire, not A/C. Not even close. This pretty much says it all to me about this dealership. I might by a car from them, but the service is questionable.

I just purchased my new 2018 civic hatch, and I love it! The service I received from the sales representative Ethan Boisvert, was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. We had been working together since mid 2017 to find me what I wanted, he answer all of my questions very quickly, and I felt very comfortable dealing with him. Upton meeting Ethan at the dealership for the first time, I noticed how friendly everyone seemed to be there including the sales manager, service, and Linda Lowry in the finance department. Both Ethan and Linda went out of their way to meet me on a Saturday to pickup my new car. Ethan also spent as much time as I needed to go over all the new technical stuff that came with the car. Very much appreciated. Great experience, Thanks again

As a woman, I'm always concerned about going to a dealership and being hosed.... with West City Honda, I have absolutly no issues going there by myself. The service department is super friendly and extremely helpful. I had an issues with my tires so I took it in to see them. Not on did the man explain it to me so I could understand he went above and beyond to ensure my safety by checking each tire... he found an issues and advice me to leave my car. He personally drive me to work And picked me up later in the day. They fixed the issue at NO CHARGE! I find they truly care and love what they do. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!!!!!

Took my van in to have my break lights looked at, water in the lights. They kept the van a second day only to pick up the van and find that there was STILL water in the back up lights !! The service person said that "that was not there yesterday it must be condensation" -- really ???no rain last night and two inches of condensation ?? Had the mechanic who had "fixed" the problem look at again and it appeared like he was looking at it for the first time ! Spend over $300.00 for a B1 and for them to say they "fixed" the problem ... now I have no idea if they actually did all the things they were suppose to do in a B1. Love Honda cars but Honda service is poor.
