Russell our sales representative was very kind and made us feel comfortable during our experience at Benton Fry Ford. No pressure tactics and very knowledgeable. We appreciated the fair value price on our vehicle trade in. Would definitely come back again. Worth the drive from Toronto.

I purchased a used Truck from them and after the purchase I noticed there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the vehicle. After speaking with my salesperson Gary about the issue he had no problem having the truck shampooed in order to remove the smell. The service people at the front desk are excellent as well! Great experience from start to finish at this dealership.

Sales staff were wonderful. Sadly we won't be buying our new fleet vehicles at this dealer. The service dept isn't quite a friendly. May just have been a long day for them. Hopefully your experience is better

Absolutely amazing dealership! gary is such a friendly and informative salesperson. He made me very comfortable and found the perfect car for me. cathy went over all the finance options and got me a great deal and was also a pleasure to deal with. I have been to other dealerships and didn't have good experiences. Benton ford was 5 stars from start to finish. I highly recommend them!!

We have dealt with Benton Fry Ford for about 25 years and have always been very happy with the service. The salesman Steve Herrington was friendly and informative and certainly went out of his way to help us sort out some of the technology of our new vehicle.

I’ve twice recently had to take my 2016 Edge in for service. Both times Pam has been great to deal with! Whether she’s calling cabs to get me to and from work, or ensuring I had a loaner when parts didn’t come in, I’ve appreciated it. The service department is very friendly overall!

In 2011 purchased a new 2012 Focus. Only minutes after delivery the car was vibrating at highway speed and later learned the pre-delivery inspection recommended by the manufacturer was completely ignored. Took 20 weeks to get the car in a semi-acceptable condition. Plenty of promises were made but none became reality. I'm not blaming the technicians as they did what they were told. But the same can't be said with management who made no effort to get me a functional vehicle. Made several attempts to come to a resolve, but all involved opening my wallet. The only positive aspect is all the knowledge I gained from the experience. Enough for one star. Update: The owner posted a response Oct 4th and updated it Oct 28th. Both asking me to reach out to them to discuss my case. In the past 4 weeks called several times. Nobody could identify the person behind those responses, and no calls back. If the owner/managers don't want to discuss a decade old case, it's in their right and I'm fine with it. But to publicly ask me twice to contact them and not even respond is plainly wrong. On top of wasting my time, it's awkward for employees caught in the middle. If someone really want to talk, better leave a name and contact infos.

I just purchased a used F-150 from Fry Ford and asked about a recall on the oil pan. Linda was able to get a replacement on order once the vehicle had been transferred into my name and contacted me to set an appointment. Her response to my request was immediate and the service was done as scheduled, in the time frame appointed and very efficiently. As a new customer I am very impressed with the service I was given and highly recommend Fry Ford. Thanks 3 Jan 2022: It was time for my oil change and inspection and everything went great again. 23 Aug 2022: We hit a great big sink hole up north on the 400 and a week later the passenger side of the stabilizer bar was hanging down. Linda got me in within an hour to check it out, ordered the parts required, and booked me in once they arrived. Excellent, timely service, and cost me exactly as quoted. Reasonable too! Highly recommend Fry Service.
