Awesome dealership! Great people! I was at the dealership for a recall on my 3500 2015 Ram, I'm not the best customer when it comes to trusting other mechanics working on my vehicle, been burned before with my original dealership at the location of vehicle purchased. I'm fair but demanding when it comes to my truck and I must say I was surprised by the way my truck was serviced in a timely manner, no interior squeak, no greasy finger prints just like it should of been when you care about your customers. Thanks again for the help and looking after our family truck.
Unreal Service Department! The team in Belleville took the time for my call with patience gave a quote as soon as possible and worked diligently on sourcing parts and a timeline that would work for me. True care taken by all staff from the news of repairs costs to great conversation using the shuttle Hats off to the crew and our new recommended garage for the area!
So I called them today to get service the guy informed me they're pretty busy so he tried to ship it off to another dealer I told him no. I wanted it there he could look after the towing and rental as I still should still have warranty as my truck only has 80,000 km and is less than 3 years old . He did what I asked him not to he shipped it to another dealer. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for service and or purchasing a vehicle. I purchase my vehicle I had issues with service n warranty at this location
I'm not a fan of the service department when taking in your vehicle. I bring my car there and say what I want done to my car and they are always trying to get you to do more stuff. When buying a vehicle it's good just not a fan of of service department and it's more like one person there.
Service was excellent and because it was a much longer repair than originally quoted, I was treated exceptionally! Repair bill was lower than expected, I was updated frequently, and asked a couple times if they could get me anything. I would recommend their service dept anytime. Very professional!
Helped me get a quick read on an engine light just showing up before having to travel home to Windsor and let me know what was wrong and that I should be fine to make it home. Was extremely generous and helpful while other places wouldn't even pretend to care!
Excellent attitudes, very knowledgable and upbeat. I purchased a 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trail. The experience was smooth going with everything falling into place...easy on the nerves. Thanks everyone.
My sales team was Scotty Lalonde and Lori Conroy. This is the second vehicle I purchased from them. I worked and dealt with other dealerships in the past and they are by far the best. They take care of you from when you walk through the door until you drive away. Scotty knows his vehicles and explains everything in detail and answers any questions. Lori is a wealth of knowledge and takes the stress out of the paper work so it’s an enjoyable experience. I recommend if you need a car/truck or SUV to give them a call. I know you won’t be disappointed. Thanks to Belleville Dodge and especially Lori and Scotty.
I was warmly welcomed. They checked the tire pressure and filled my washer fluid resevoir. Kindness was shown at payment with friendly service.
Shay and the service team are always so great here. They’re friendly and informed, always helping explain everything in detail for someone like me who isn’t an expert in vehicle repair.
