I had been searching for a specific Ram. Liam contacted me within minutes when I had a question on Car Guru. I was very apprehensive several times, pulling from the deal. Liam was EXTREMELY patient. The way they deal with out of town clients is quite amazing. I am happy with my purchase. Would buy again there.
It's been amazing. Since moving to this area in 2013, I've purchased four cars and two trucks from Peter Smith GM. I have primarily dealt with two people there; Andrew Hay Sales and Greg Jones Service. Both of these men are top notch at what they do! Knew what I wanted before I came. Booked an appointment with Travis. He was there to greet me. Very honest and polite. Willing to help negotiate a fair price for trade in and get me into my dream car!nConor from the Finance department made the admin side go as smooth as possible. Went over everything in detail ensuring I didn't miss a thing!nSmall hicup upon delivery but nothing that wasn't able to be sorted out right away.nI hope everyone that deals with these two fellas has just as great of an experience as I did!nWould def recommend!!
I like the used truck I bought from them but, they couldn't be bothered to clean the engine compartment, or top up the washer fluid. I asked for a list of the work done to it before they gave it to me and they couldn't provide that. They charged me $599 for the two keys that came with the truck from the factory, and two remotes that they didn't give me, not that the base model vehicle is capable of using a remote. The oil looks clean but the oil life indicator says 16% I don't know if they changed the oil and didn't reset the indicator. The driver door hinges are worn and should have been replaced, the driver mirror is loose.
After going through such a traumatic and rough experience as a result of a car accident, Tawni and Joe from Peter Smith, we’re just amazing the most wonderful people I have ever met they went above and beyond and provided such genuine and honesty assistance in getting through it all and back into a new vehicle. I would recommend this place to anyone. These people were just awesome. They gave my wife and I such a peace of mine, we want to thank these people and for all their help to us has been greatly appreciated and now hold a place in our hearts thank you so much again Tawni and Joe. You are the best. Love you guys, John and Trish
