BY FAR THE WORST AND I MEAN THE WORST DENTAL FACILITY IN EDMONTON! This office has MAJOR lack in communication & professionalism!! These people working on your TEETH are STUDENTS! NOT Trained professionalists! I waited for my fiànce in the waiting for over a good few hours! Falling alseep while waiting! Which to be told he did not get worked on! They simply left him in the patient chair for over a good hr , to verify his insurance! My fiànce had severe pain and they didn't work on him. They gave him a perscription for amoxicillin!! But NO pain medication! I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE. I wasn't the patient so I would not be in the data base my fiànce how ever is!

I love the people in this clinic specially Inderpreet and Marie..they helped me a lot. With the doctor Naeem, everyone in the clinic put back the smile in my face and helped me through the pain i had. I highly recommend Smiles Dental Clinic!

I had an appointment scheduled at this dental clinic and a week before received an email with the subject line "Schedule Today" which included a screenshot including the full names, description of treatment, and some phone numbers of patients scheduled for appointments. I brought this up with the receptionist on the phone ahead of my appointment and she brushed it off without explanation. The dental treatment received at the clinic was satisfactory but I will not be returning because this is not an organization I would trust with my personal information.

I went to Smiles Dental for a cleaning and checkup and had a wonderful experience that greatly exceeded my expectations. The entire staff, from Receptionist to Assistant, Hygienist, and Dentist, were all extremely professional, efficient, and kind. I have a long and complex dental history, and have therefore visited many different clinics and seen innumerable professionals. To date none have been as gentle with my teeth as the staff at Smiles. The equipment and facilities are all brand new and state-of-the-art, and I experienced a high level of comfort throughout all the procedures. In addition to the wonderful staff, Smiles direct bills to all insurance (a major issue for me at various other clinics in the past), and their pricing is very low compared to other the other clinics I have visited. I highly recommend this practice to everyone!

My experience here was great! The front staff are very welcoming and sweet. The dental assistant was very attentive and made me feel very comfortable. The hygienist did a great job as I hadn't had my teeth cleaned in a couple years and she gave me some great tips. Dr Deacon was my dentist and he was fantastic. He was gentle with the needles and I felt nothing when I had some cavities filled. I'm very happy with the service at this clinic and I'll definitely be back!
