Wendy's

This is a very busy Wendy's location being one of just a handful of quick lunch options for travellers along the TransCanada so I can sympathize with their challenges however; it is usually a long wait to place your order as they have one cashier. After this, because they've moved to tracking your order by name rather than number, it causes confusion both among patrons and staff. I can't help but think that they could try to come up with a better system (like a visual board for orders to help travellers who may not speak English fluently or well?). Food is pretty standard for a Wendy's so it's really just the ordering process that makes eating at this location a bit trying on busy days. If you have a some patience or at least a big craving for Wendy's - this place will still give you a decent lunch eventually!

They had lots of staff working in the back. But service was SLOW because they needed more than 1 Cashier. My salad wasn't cold, so didn't taste that good. Most of restaurants in Canmore more $ expensive, so glad for less expensive place to eat.

waiting on the nuggets was fine . but they forgot to put fries down with them and they didn't realize until I got my nuggets .... I was waiting for 12 minutes. super slow service . oh and I only got 9 nuggets out of a 10 pack .The dinning room area was clean but the bathrooms weren't .

Bad parking lot and drive through layout, too long of waits in the drive through at peak times compared to others I've been at during busy times.
