I clearly asked for a certain item, not sure if the counter person was just new or did not listen. When my order came and it was not what I asked for the back up staff was not gracious or helpful. Instead of swapping out the fries for the item I wanted she reprinted my receipt to prove she had plated my order. In no way could she except her personal typed it in wrong. The food was sad the burger had no flavor and the pop machine was out of at least half the options. It was sticky and the nozzle for lemon aid shot out to the left making a mess down the side of my cup. Very disappointed, will not go back and suggest no one else should risk it.

Drive thru is usually pretty quick. Food is good. Dining in is a very lonely experience... The atmosphere is dull and there's rarely anyone else dining in. Just order at the window and drive home.

First of all, they lie to you and the food is not safe to eat. Everytime I would get a chicken wrap with extra sauce they would charge me for extra cheese. I eventually caught on and when ordering I saw on the screen she would type extra cheese and charge me for it even though I only asked for extra sauce. I told her not to charge me for it because I didn’t ask for it and she said she would take it off. I get to the window and after paying I ask the guy on cash if I was charged for extra cheese. He told me no no you weren’t charged for it and handed me my food. I didn’t believe him so I asked for my bill and sure enough… they charged me for it. He lied to me about the extra charge on my bill. Are they tacking on charges to peoples bills In hopes they won’t notice? I got an iced coffee from there and they forgot the coffee… It’s just milk and water over ice it tastes very gross. It’s like they ran out of coffee and thought this was a good option? I won’t be back

Absolutely filthy. I was the only one sitting in the restaurant. Double JBC .....no cheese. Tables dirty, floors dirty, garbage overflowing, out most flavours of pop. Didn't get a picture if the empty napkin dispensers, had to ask for napkins.

The lady working the window was making food with no gloves, came over to the window and was touching the screen/cash register, playing with her hair then went back over to making food with no gloves, didn’t wash her hand in plain view of us at the window. Gross.
