I go for coffee there occasionally but how times have changed. Lot's of homeless coming in there now. Not to do with the restaurant or homeless, but when their pants are half way down and that's what you see, and you get asked for money. The coffee thing if fine, and I feel for the homeless but sometimes I just want to have a coffee.

The staff work very hard and it’s a warm atmosphere inside. I never wait long for my order, and it’s usually quite tasty.

Excellent fast and efficient service. Placed my order on the self serve machine and received it within 5 minutes. I had a bunch of side condiments added onto my order and more of than not, it gets missed by the staff, but not this time. Everything was there as it always should be, but hardly is. So definitely recommend this to anyone in the area looking for fast and efficient service.

Good standard cheeseburger and fries. One of the few reliable standards. Price creep though.

I stopped on my way from Campbell River to Nanaimo for a quick bite and to use the restroom. The staff was rude and dismissive, especially the guy who seemed to be the lead. If all the facilities at the site are not available to the public, do not sell food, period. Please hire staff that is courteous and professional, and not in an absolute hurry to shut down the place and rush home. It is a business in the hospitality sector, is it not? Perhaps I am mistaken. If shutting down on time is such a priority and a prerogative? Do not let customers in 15-20 minutes prior to closing time. Food was bought, and I chose not to argue, this review is the feedback.
