mins late, got hung up on, debit machine wasn't working , and was given wrong pizza. I'm an employee of Nanaimo fresh slice and the customer service here is great. Finally, they didn't charge my owner and the manager spoke to me over the phone ,everything went well in the end.

Pizza is decent. Good prices. I am only giving two stars because the female employee forgot what my order was three times. Also when I asked how old the pizza was she did not know. Finally when she asked if  iwanted it warmed up I said yes and she didn't. So I ate cold pizza for lunch. Not a very attentive employee.
